The duality of the power and beauty of the ocean has always been a wonder of mine. As I am drawn past the palm trees and onto the sand, what strikes me first are the contrast of colours that magnificently blend together making up what is defined as 'beach'. All my senses feel awakened once my feet sink into the sand and the wind engulfs me with a warmth and freshness of the sea. From millions of small, soft mounds of beige as my gaze moves further to the turquoise wonder, I am captured by the colour and striking moments where the waves build together crashing close to shore, creating a white champagne-like foam that blends into the deep blue again. As my gaze wanders further out into the straight horizon of dark, rich blue, all contrasts of blue - the third being sky, I am at a stand still moment...until it draws me in. This is the epitome of being one with life, one with nature. One with God.
