Maya and me are getting stuff out of our lockers And I look over and see Maya has nothing There is a reason for that she forgot her book at my place so I brought them to school
Riley- Here you go Maya
And I give her the books
Maya- What would I do without you
She says and we both giggle a little
We walk into our history class room and look at our class
Mr. Matthews- why are you late girls
Mr. Matthews asked also known as my dad
Maya- You wrote us a note sir
Then Maya handed him the note
He read the note and looked back up at us

He says chuckling
Maya- It's easy sir you write like a girl
Maya said with a big smile
Me and Maya walk to our seats and I look up to the board It says Belgium 1831 maybe we will actually get through the hole lesson today I hear the back door in the classroom open and I see subway boy walk in I watch him across the back of the class and go up to my dad

I say to Maya in a Questionable voice
Mr. Matthews- What do we have here
My dad ask with confusion
Lucas- I'm Lucas Friar I'm a transfer from Austin Texas
