Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of blue cheese

1 half tablespoon of buckwheat flour

Butter

Brown rice elbow macaroni

Whole milk or coconut milk

A dash of salt

How to make:

 1. Boil and strain your pasta.

2. Heat up a saucepan and melt the butter and salt.

3. Add in the flour and whisk it until it has dissolved.

4. Gradually pour in milk until you have a smooth bechamel sauce.

5. Add in your blue cheese. You can allow it to fully melt or leave clumpy whichever you prefer.

6. Mix your pasta into your sauce and voila! You are finished.
