SUMMER SALAD!

At last, it is Summer, or well, the remaining month. Some of you may have already started school but that's okay since this isn't technically a "summer" salad (it's just called that) as it's just a healthy, yummy snack for the beach, lunch, etc. 

Let's get started!

(INGREDIENTS)

- 2 oranges (I used one but two is perfectly fine)

- Fennel 

- Almonds (optional but it gives a good crunch, I used roasted sea salt which is delicious)

- Olives (pitted and optional, I used none)

- Olive Oil

- Salt

- Pepper

(DIRECTIONS)

Step One: Wash your fennel and cut in SMALL strips!

Step two: Peel your orange and then cut them in cubes

Step three: Cut your almonds in half (you'll need adult supervision if you're under 13)

Step four (Optional): Open the can of olives and cut them in cubes.

Step five: Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step six: Stir really well!
