I spend Sunday at my desk mostly, writing and editing some of my latest photography. I update my website with pictures from the last shoot, schedule new clients and then once any business stuff is out of the way I write. I get up and make myself lunch and then I call up my brother for a while, say hi to my nieces and nephews and my sister-in-law.

By dinner time I'm feeling cooped up, I almost want to ask Jake to go out again but I decide against it. Instead I call up a friend of mine and ask her if she might want to hit up a bar or something. I might have work tomorrow but I'm still in my 20s right! She's down for it and we meet up at a bar a couple blocks from my apartment.

I pull on a pair of skinny jeans and a shirt, then slipping a denim jacket lined with fleece over it.

My friend, Jenna, and I meet at the bar, hugging when we see each other and immediately ordering some drinks. We catch up for a while, talking about everything we've been up to lately. Jenna tells me all about how her and her boyfriend are still going strong. About an hour later we're all caught up, I left out just a bit though, such as the fact that i went to dinner with Jake Gyllenhaal last night.

Jenna and I make our way onto the dance floor once we're properly drunk. I only have 2 years left before this is officially a bad decision, but until I hit 30, who cares about getting drunk on a Sunday night. I make my way towards the bar for 'one last drink", as I'm waiting I feel a hand on my waist. I jump a little bit and look over at the stranger standing next to me.

"Hey." He says, I shift away from him, his hand leaving my hip. I smile a bit uncomfortably. "You look like you could use a ride home." He says. Oh my god creeper alert.

"I'm fine actually. I've got a friend with me," I nod towards Jen. The man laughs,

"Did I say a ride home? I meant back to my place." He says, stepping in closer. I laugh politely.

"No thanks." I walk away from the bar, forgetting about my drink. Luckily this guy has enough common sense not to follow. Jenna and I decide its probably time to head out, we stumble onto the curb together. I sober up quickly in the cold night air. Besides, I know how to handle my liquor, I drank just enough to have fun, not enough to have a hangover or have to endure a drunken walk home. As Jen and I wait for a cab I can feel the alcohol quickly wearing off.

I check my watch, it's only midnight and my place is just a few blocks down.

"Jen, I think I might just tough it out and walk. This cab is taking forever."I say.

"Absolutely not y/n are you kidding me?" She laughs,

"Oh come on it's like a few blocks away." I say,
