I woke up to see Marquis ugly ass jumping on my mattress and dancing. I looked over at my alarm clock and it said 8:30. Wtf

"Son what you want, I didnt have to get up until 9." I stale faced tf out him
"Good morning to you too hot mouth,I'm bored and I got news," he said excitedly.
My other brothers came busting in my room and Dell was holding a sleeping Shiloh.
"At least one of us is still asleep," I thought,still confused.
"Actually WE had the news,his irritating ass just overheard it and tried to come tell you first," Genesis said punching him in his chest.
"LANGSTON DEMAR is in town for a "surprise" visit, he gone be in Brooklyn today. At the courts!!!" Kaydrian said excitedly. "Lil sis, if he feel us,we could get SIGNED."
Langston demar is a name I hoped I never heard again.
"So basically y'all woke me up for some bullshit," I said stale facing all of them.

Kaydrian looked lost now. "What's wrong with you,I thought you'd be happy about this,you don't wanna be signed?"
"Of course I wanna be signed but not to him,i don't want no ties to that nigga." I said about to lay back down.
"What you mean,that nigga MAKES SUPERSTARS," marquis exclaimed. "If he signs y'all ugly asses that means yall will need somebody to shoot y'all videos and IM THAT NIGGA. "
"I don't know about y'all,but I BEEN a superstar, I don't need no uppity ass nigga tell me that. I'll get signed somewhere else someday."
"I heard the dude was cool,real down to earth type," Dell said. "And then he from here too. Straight from the bottom to a billionaire. You don't have no reason to not like him Keri."
"I got every reason not to like him,that's my daddy." I said unfazed.
The room grew silent as they all looked at each other. All of a sudden they busted out laughing.
"Aye son,you almost had me for real,that nigga ain't your pops," Dell said still laughing in between breaths.
Meanwhile Kaydrian just looking at Keri,who's being dead serious.
" wait keri,I seen your mother before,when she used to visit the foster home, her eyes weren't green huh?" Kaydrian states.
"Nope they're light brown,I got green eyes from my dad," she said unmoved
"Bruh you don't really believe this right ?'' marquis said.
"Pull up a picture of the nigga right fast," Dell said quickly.
"Where ima pull it from,my ass?" Kaydrian said slickly. "We don't have no internet."
"Look bottom line is,I'm not going to see him,only thing I'm doing today is taking Shiloh to McDonald's and going to Times Square to perform on the street. I didn't need him then and I don't need him now."
I might as well get ready to take Shiloh to McDonald's.
"Wake up lil mama," I said softly,kissing her cheeks to wake her up.
"It's time to get ready to go," I told her,even though she was still half sleep.
After we took a bath,we brushed our teeth and ran to catch the next train.
In McDonald's
"Alright shy, what do you want to eat" I said,looking down at her.
"Nuggets and fries," she said while playing with her dolls hair.
"It's breakfast time now Shy, we can come back later for lunch." I told her
She frowned her face up like she was about to act up in here. I quickly snapped in her face.
"Uh uhn,Look at me,we don't act like that do we pretty girl, fix your face and tell the nice lady what you want." I quickly snapped,keeping my voice low. I hated snapping at her but she knows how to act,sometimes she just does it to test me.
"Pancakes and bacon," she said to the lady,grabbing my leg.
"Alright will that be all?" The cashier asked.
"Can I get the same thing but with sausage on the side too, and a chocolate milk for her,a water for me." I said reaching in my pocket.
"Your total will be $8.64," the cashier said.
Damn they must sprinkle platinum crack flakes on our shit for it to be so expensive.
After I payed the lady, we waited about 8 minutes for our food and sat down.
"Can you please eat some more of that before you go play," I asked her,knowing she was anxious to leave.
She looked at me and nodded before woofing down the rest of the bacon and half the pancake and took off.
"What am I gone do with this girl," I laughed to myself as I watched her play on the play set they have in here. We stayed about another hour before I decided it was time to go.

"Thanks again for watching her for me Mrs.Loretta,I'll be back in a few hours," I said while kissing Shiloh's sleeping face. "She already had breakfast so she shouldn't be hungry for a while but I know my child loves to eat."
