Part 9

Today is my date with Oscar it's currently 3 I took a shower and now I'm picking my outfit and I chose this

Ik it's somewhat revealing but I like it I curled my hair and I did my makeup and it's 4:30 I watched oitnb and waited for him

It was 5:10 and he still didn't come and get me so maybe I thought he was on a run or something

"Hey, Jackie what time you going out with Oscar?" my brother asked
"It was supposed to be at 5:00" I said looking outside the window his car wasn't there
" I told you" my brother said
"shut up" I said
I really liked Oscar he reminds me of my dad I know that sounds weird but he did

I gave up So I started on some homework assignments that I had. I was lazy to take everything off
I wanted to be mad but dad always said to see the good in people he probably was busy then I got a call from Cesar

"Hey Jackie come help me with a project I know my brother didn't take you on the date," he said sadly
" it's fine I will be there," I said I hung up and took my bookbag with me

I knocked on the door
"hey come in you look good " Cesar said
"thank you I was lazy to take everything off but let's get started," I said
"ok I have to build like a pyramid help me," he said grabbing wood sticks
"ok fine" I dropped my bag on the floor we were in the dining room.

30 minutes later

"ow fuck I burned my self," I said running to the kitchen and putting cold water we were using a hot glue gun
"you good" Cesar said he tried so hard to keep in his laugh
"Shut up it hurts" said playfully slapping his arm and laughing and he started laughing too

Then we heard the door open we both ran to Cesar room

And we stayed quiet and listened to Oscar. 

"Hey spooky didn't you have that date with the neighbor?" I heard one of his friend say
"Wait what Oscar?" there was a girl's voice this time
"yeah I did baby but I just realized she's a minor and she's not even that pretty I bet she's a virgin too who tf would want a girl from Chicago and from a broken home she so damaged she saw her dad get shot I need a real girlfriend I need a lady spooky not some little girl that's like sweet I was a bad Chola and I think that's you, babe,,," he laughed and the girl laughed 

I'm sorry papa but maybe there's not always good in people I thought in my head

I walked out of Cesar room

He looked at me

I just walked out I didn't want to scream or shout at him. that just not the person I am

The only day I went full-on crazy was when some kids we're talking bad about my dad I got a 3-day suspension bc I broke the kid's nose

They didn't sue me because I just lost my dad and they understood 

I wanted to honor my dad I wanted people to know he wasn't this big bad leader

And maybe just maybe becoming the next leader of the cartel wasn't sounding like a bad idea to me anymore...
