I recommend goat cheese, because it's healthier than cow's milk cheese.
3 deli meats of your choosing (Avoid bologna and ham as they are very unhealthy for you.)
2 crackers (Avoid crackers with corn syrup.)
Try Back to nature crackers instead of brands like Ritz or Club.
Seedless grapes or another fruit
Crunchy snacks like peanuts or wasabi peas
Olives or pickles
Raw Honey or jam for dipping
Two knives
A platter
A small bowl
Skewers
Instructions:
1. Dice your cheeses into cubes.
2. Slice your meats.
3. Slice your fruits.
4. Pour your raw honey or jam into the bowl.
5. Slide your olives onto a skewer and set it and the other skewers on the platter.
6. Organize your platter as you like and enjoy!

Tea sandwiches

8 slices of Very Thin Bread or 8 tortillas
8 oz of Cream Cheese Dill Very thin slices of CucumberInstructions:
Spread one side of each slice of bread or tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese.
Sprinkle dill over the cream cheese.
Add a thin layer of cucumbers, and then add the second slices of bread or tortilla to the sandwiches.
If using bread, slice the crusts off the sandwiches.
Then, cut the sandwiches into whichever shape you like.
