Real lemonade is actually really healthy for you.
It is an anti fungal that helps your body fight infections, it is full of Vitamin C, and it's a fermented food which is great for your gut.

So, instead of using that chemical based powder out of the grocery store next time you are craving the cool drink: try this recipe to make healthy homemade lemonade.

1 lemon

1 cup of water

2 packets of stevia

1 sprig of fresh mint

Steps:

Step 1:
Wash your lemon off with soap and water.

Tip: Microwaving lemons before slicing them softens them up.

Step 2:
Squeeze the juice from your lemon into a glass by hand or with a juicer.

Step 3:
Strain the pulp with a strainer, (unless you like the pulp.)

Step 4:
Add stevia to your lemon juice then add the water and stir.

5. Put in your mint leaves then add ice and enjoy!
