Chapter 3 ~ Excitement

    {Three Months Later}

  I've been here in Chicago for three months now , and honestly , I'm kinda missin' LA . I was packing my clothes , laptop , and all of my other essentials so I could fly back to LA and stay there meanwhile .

   I stood in Chicago to celebrate Christmas and The New Year , even since I wasn't planning on staying that long , I stayed here because why spend another $4000 on another plane ticket TWICE . Really don't need to spend that money .

   I came to a decision to hit up Alessio , who I hadn't seen in a couple weeks because he already flew back and I was just sittin' around for God knows what .

  Gabriella - " hey kid , what's up ? i'm heading to LA , where you currently are since it's gettin' boring here . "

Alessio - " yooo , nun' much here . just the usual . that's great that you're coming back to LA now . you can stay as long as you want at my apartment on Sunset Boulevard when you come back . "

    I left him on read after I read his message . I packed my essentials and got an Uber to the airport .

   ( Alessio's POV )

  I got a posterboard and wrote " Welcome back Gabby ! " as the heading . I threw on some glue and got some of the leftover glitter tubes from a toy I can't remember and sprinkled it on . I put some Polaroid pictures on there too of us going out and eating soft pretzels .

    I looked at the finished piece of art I made and it was pretty good for it to be done in a half hour .

    Mom wasn't expecting me back in Colorado for awhile , since I was preparing for a movie called A Babysitter's Guide to Monster hunting (which I am super excited for) . I told Gabs the news a while back when we first started hanging out and she was pretty happy with me.

   🏖️{ Next Day }🏖️

    I got up at 7 AM and ate my breakfast like the usual , scrolled on Insta and Twitter for a little and then around 10 AM I got dressed because Gabby texted me sayin' she was arriving in an hour .

   I drove a little earlier than an hour before she arrived just so I can get settled and not deal with the traffic out on the front .

   " Flight 307 , Flight 307 landing now . " said the intercom .

   I got up and walked to the sideways line of people standing side by side waiting for their friend or whatever person they were waiting for .
 
    I held up my very colorful posterboard as the passengers of the airplane got off through the slow escalator .
