~ An Inconvenient Attachment ~

Chapter One ~ The Airport

*Narrator's POV*
Gabrielle calls an Uber and plans on going to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) , to fly back to her hometown to meet her family for Thanksgiving Dinner the upcoming week. As she gets out of the Uber and walks into the airport , with her bags with clothing and necessities , she accidentally trips and tumbles onto the floor . As she hears faint footsteps , she looks up and sees a man , with a jean vest over a gray hoodie on , holding his hand out . She grabs his hand and gets up .

Gabriella - "Hey , uhm , thanks for helping me up." she says while she picks up all of the bags she dropped.

Man - "Heyo , no problem . The names Alessio . Yours?" he says , helping her with her bags.

Gabriella - "Gabriella . Nice to meet you ."

Alessio - "Nice to meet ya as well ."

Alessio - "So where are ya flyin' to ?"

Gabriella - "Well , actually , I'm flying back to my hometown to have a family gathering for Thanksgiving in a week." she says , chuckling with a smile.

Alessio - "Oh , that's cool . What's your hometowns name?"

Gabriella - "Chicago . In Illinois."

Alessio - his mouth is opened wide , "Oh , really ! I'm flyin' there as well !" he exclaimed , happily.

Gabriella - "Ohh , that's pretty cool." she says , smiling.

Alessio - "So , should I give you my number or you give me yours , maybe one day we can hang together?" he says , gazing at Gabriella.

Gabriella - "Sure." she puts in her number on his phone.

Gabriella - "Well , I have to catch up with my plane . See you later?"

Alessio - "Yeah , sure . See ya."

Gabriella got on the plane , and puts her luggage into the luggage cabin over her head and sits down in her seat . The pilot goes over all safety measures on the intercom and directions . The plane takes off .
