Chapter 5-Moments We Cherish

"I had a dream about my father last night"He said

"Really"I said

"Yea it was crazy yoo It felt so real he was chasing me and I was running for my life but I couldn't escape him"He said

And I looked at him and said "What do you think it means"

Ariyah walked in with her gift for Chris and said "Happy birthday daddy"

He smiled as she sat on his lap

"Thank you babygirl"As he kissed her forehead

"Opened your gift daddy"She said

He took the gift and unwrapped it

"Its nail polish daddy so you can paint my toes see it has all the colors"She said

"I told her to get you some cologne,or some Gucci slippers but she insists on the nail polish"I said

He smiled and said "Yoo this is the best gift in the world"

and he started kissing and tickling her and Ariyah  just started laughing

The next day I was just putting the finishing touches on Chris party while he was at the shop getting a fresh cut and his hair braided

I was going upstairs to get dressed and untill I heard Adrien and Justin arguing in the kitchen

I walked in the kitchen

"I want my son home"Adrien said

"Were not coming home"Justin said

"did you just hear I said I want my son home I don't give a damn about you"Adrien said

"Thats clear as day why don't you just leave for good you don't care about Lucas or me"Justin said

"I love my son!"Adrien shouted

I stepped in between them and said "My husband birthday is today and yall killin the vibes"

"I just want my son"Adrien said

"No you don't you want that bitch go be with her"Justin said

"Maybe I will"Adrien said

"Good!"Justin said

"Okay okay this is what we gonna do Adrien you take Lucas for a few hours"I said

"Thank you"Adrien said going up the stairs to
go get Lucas

"Really Adrianna"Justin said

"Justin he is still Lucas father trust me you don't wanna be a bitter baby father when it comes to raising a kid get out your feelings and into your heart"I said

"Trust me if your really calling the quits do you think its fair to keep Lucas away from Adrien ask you self just because he suck as a finace does that makes him a bad father"I asked

"Ugh I hate when your right"Justin said

Later on that day I got dressed and people were arriving

I had a few glasses of champagne before Chris even  got there and Raymond had the house smelling so good I was in the kitchen eating cornbread

"Raymond what do you put in this cornbread thats so good"I asked

"Real fresh butter and fresh warm honey"He said

"Its so good"I said stuffing my mouth

"Surprise!"Chris said behind me scaring the hell out of me
