Description: The user can create portals on any flat surfaces in a variety of sizes.
Downside? The user can only use this for a long period of time, but the more time they use it, the more pain they get after using it. Say, if you use it for 5 minutes, then you'll feel pain in your arms/hands (where you use it) for those amounts of minutes.
