we arrived at the house and it is gigantic. there's like 45 bedrooms here and like 25 bathrooms

but i mean i guess with the amount of people we have here it's worth it

again there's enough space for Delilah but whatever

speaking of, i'm planning on asking if i can go back to visit her for her birthday later today

i'm kinda scared for what they'll say

i mean, the worst case scenario is they say no and i have to buy my tickets

but i'll do it. i'll spend any amount of money on her

i know she hates that i say that because everytime i buy her even just a drink she complains that she has her own money

i mean i have more money and i like spending it on her so who cares.

"hey david can i speak to you?" i ask going up to him

"sure"

we walk away from everyone over to a separate room and sit down

"what's up?"

"well in two days it's Delilah's birthday and i know you guys don't want her here for whatever reason but i'm obviously going to see my girlfriend on her birthday so can you buy me a ticket to see her"

"no we have plans in two days"

"what are we doing"

"we're all going on a trip around hawaii"

"why do i need to be there"

"cause it's an activity that we all are doing together"

"well i'm not doing it. i'm going to be a good boyfriend and see her on her birthday"

"then buy your own ticket there" he stands up and leaves me

he's such a dick

i put my head in my hands and think to myself

while i'm thinking i feel a hand on my shoulder

i look up and see my mom

"hi mom"

"hi dani what's up" she takes a seat next to me and i sigh

"in two days it's my girlfriends birthday-"

"delilah?"

"yeah. and i want to see her on her birthday but they won't let me go"

"why not?"

"cause we have to go on some trip thing around here. but i don't want to i want to be with her."

"well why don't they have her come here"

"cause they're rude and won't let her come. trust me mom i've tried that. they told me she makes people uncomfortable but they never even gave me an explanation on how. i just want to be a good boyfriend and celebrate her birthday with her. she has no friends or family and i just want to be there with her"

"i'm sorry about that. you know you are a really good boyfriend to do that for her"

"i think they want us to break up. i mean i'd break up with her if she forgot MY 21st birthday"

"i understand so what will you do"

"i don't know but he won't even buy me a ticket there and i left my cards and money at the house because everything's paid for here so i can't even get one myself and it's just hard. i want to see her so badly but there's no way "

"well i see how much you love this girl and i know she loves you too and i want you guys to be together forever. so i will talk to dad and we'll buy you tickets there."

"you don't have to do that"

"yes i do. you've never been this serious about a girl before"

"thank you so much mom you're the best"

i know i just started this story but i highkey lowkey finished all the drafts of this story

so yeah a couple more chapters left

we still have a lot to go through and a lot to happen but you get it
