Y/N worked a normal 9-5 desk job, Monday to Friday. She lived with her two roommates, Dilan Reyes and Julina Brooks. She had known them since middle-school, and they stuck by her side, even after college. During college, they decided to move in to save money. Around this time, Julina had started a YouTube channel, and had become quite popular, which led to her having a lot of connections with people who knew celebrities.
Y/N always wanted a soulmate, but felt that she would never find one. She never got random scars, no countdowns, and she couldn't see in black and white until she supposedly met her soulmate. She always thought she would be forever alone. She had heard about the tattoo tie, but that was quite rare, so she didn't think she would have it.
Dilan had the pain tie. It was hard for him to live with it, but he reminded himself that every time he hurt himself, his soulmate was alive. Julina had the color tie. She used to be color-blind until a fine day when she had a long conversation with a beautiful barista at Starbucks, Eliza Ross. She has started a relationship with her. Eliza often slept over in Julina's apartment, or vice versa.
Y/N had lost hope. She felt unloved, unwanted. She reluctantly accepted the fact that no one loved her. Her roommates tried to tell her otherwise and acted as match-makers, but Y/N never really cared about finding a lover anymore.
