Jump-ropes and brick walls are evil, remember this my readers

Nathan gave me a hug then left the room, leaving me by myself. Once the door was closed all the way, I sunk down to the ground crying. I don't know who I'm going to choose. Do I choose my bi-polar, psycotic mate, or my generous, kind-hearted best friend. I do know this, I am in a major need of a run. Standing up, I slowly opened the door and poked my head out into the hall. When I saw that the hallway was clear, I snuck downstairs as quietly as I could. Slowly, I went out the door to see that it was now night time, so I can blend into shadows. I walked down the stairs and into the ginormous front yard. Standing a few feet away from the stairs, I started to shift. When I was done shifting, I shook my body to get used to the feel of being a wolf and to get my shredded clothes off. Looking around, I saw just how big the yard was, it has to be at least 30 acres of land, that's more than the pack owned. The yard even had a dense forest surrounding it, giving the yard a ominous look. I started out at a slow walk to get used to walking on four legs not two, then slowly sped up until I was in a full out run. Running around the yard felt so good. I actually had room to run without fear of getting shot by some farmer, or getting attacked by a rouge. I had freedom to do whatever I wanted to while running.
I heard a branch snap to my left, and stopped to sniff the air. It was a deer somewhere in the woods. I fought the urge to actually hunt it down since I wouldn't be able to actually eat it. It's not a matter of my wolf disliking it, I just can't bring myself to eat raw meat. Shaking my head, I loped towards the edge of the woods. Once clear of the trees, I went around the house, just looking around me. Looking up, I saw a waning moon, and sat down just to look at it. The moon here has to be the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The moon when I was alive was never this bright or alluring. Suddenly, I was hit with a wave of sadness remembering all the times I would sit on the roof of the pack house and just stare at the moon. Sighing, I walked back up to the front door.
Since I wasn't paying attention, but looking at my paws, I rammed into the door with a thud. That's when I remembered I don't have hands to open the door with, and I'm to afraid of who I will run into on the way to my room to shift and walk in. Suddenly, I got a brilliant idea that will see how tolorating Death will be of my wolf if I choose him. Sitting on my haunches, I started to scratch the door with my claws and whine loudly. When that didn't work, I kept scratching while doing a barking whine. I started to growl when it didn't work, so I stopped scratching and threw my head back and let out a nice loud and long howl. I kept howling until, suddenly, I was bathed in light. I stopped mid-howl, and looked to see who opened the door. When I saw Death standing there glaring, I let out a coughing laugh and sauntered into the house.
"Awww come on! Look at what you did to my door!" he yelled at me. I ignored him except for a flick of my tail, and proceeded to walk up the stairs to my room. Once I was at my room, I sighed again and looked around before shifting back. Right when I was about to open my door to walk in, I heard a loud gasp from behind me. Hitting my head against the door, I turned around with my hands on my hips to see Death standing there shocked. Laughing, I turned around and proceeded to walk into my room. Once in there, I went into the bathroom and took a quick shower to scrub off the sweat that had been streaming off my body since I shifted. When I got out, I put on some pajamas and walked into the bedroom to find Death passed out in the doorway of my room.
Sighing, I grabbed him under the arms and dragged him out of the room and followed his scent to where it was strongest in the house. Setting him down on the ground, I opened the door to see his bedroom. Letting out a releaved breathe, I dragged Death into his room, and a little effort, pulled him onto the bed. After he was under the covers, I walked out of his room. Looking around, I decided to go see if Amy was still up. When I got to her room, I banged on the door to get their attention. A few seconds later the door flew open to reveal a mad looking James. I beamed at him before pushing past him to go into the room. I walked up to the bed and plopped down face first before rolling over and looking at Amy.
