Different Dimension
Location: New York 2016

Abby takes a deep breath, her eyes staring towards the bright blue sky, her body hurt and the world felt like it was anything but stable around her. This was Abby's first official jump through dimensions, oh how she wished that she had listened to Max's advice about how to make it all stop.

After taking a few deep breaths, Abby pushes herself to her feet and wipes off the dust from her suit. It was nothing special, just a black suit that matched the one at home (it was standard SHIELD issue). The nanotech was still attached but Abby had a feeling that she'd need it quite soon.

If she remembered correctly, Max was supposed to send her to the attack of Ultron but that didn't occur in New York. So why was she standing in the middle of Central Park with the perfect view of Avengers Tower not four blocks away? Swallowing the lump in her throat, Abby powers on her mask to hide her features before blasting away.

"Edith," Abby states as she starts to fly towards the large building.

"Yes, Abby?" The robotic voice greets her inside the mask.

"I need you to do a scan of the area." She orders while stopping in the air to get a better view of her surroundings. "Where are the Avengers?"

"Turn to your left, follow the street to Times Square." Edith orders. Abby immediately listens and within seconds, she's landing in the middle of the bustling street of Times Square. A few people look at her curiously but most just ignore her, for which Abby was grateful.

Abby's mask falls away as she turns around a few times, expecting to see the Avengers standing right in front of her. All at once, each ad on the buildings turns to a breaking news report, causing most of the citizens to stop and watch.

"Breaking news from Avengers headquarters. After the sudden death of Abigail Stark-Rogers at the battle of Sokovia, several of the Avengers have taken the side of fugitive Steve Rogers."

"What the hell?" Abby whispers while squinting her eyes towards the screen.

"Many more are expected to follow, but Tony Stark has remained strong and sticks with his side of the Accords. Which were created by countries in hopes to gain a little control for our world. Black Widow, Vision, War Machine, and several others have publically announced their support for the accords. You can find a list of supers in support or against on our website, until later, this is Kelly Marcus signing off." The anchor smiles before the screens turn back to their regular ads.

Slowly, Abby turns around to stare at each person around her. What the hell did this Kelly mean she was dead? That wasn't supposed to happen till Thanos! What was this place and why was everything so messed up?!

As the panic starts to set in, the realization dawns upon Abby. Max sent her to the wrong dimension, she wasn't in dimension 834, no she was somewhere else. In this place, Abby dies before Thanos is even a threat, well he had always been a threat but a known threat.

Quickly, Abby's mask clamps around her face again and soon she's flying through the city, her mind going a million miles a minute. How had this happened? It had to be that stinking percent thing that Max was talking about, it had made everyone nervous and somehow an error had occurred.

Without even realizing it, Abby had flown to her deceased boyfriend's apartment but to her surprise, he was very much alive. Slowly, she lands on the fire escape and watches him move around the room with none other than Tony Stark sitting on his bed. A small breath of air escapes Abby's lips as she slowly sinks to her knees, the mask falling away to allow her to see them more clearly.

She was so exposed out here yet Abby didn't seem to care. Sitting right inside was her father, her boyfriend, both of which she hadn't seen for five years. The aching in her chest returns and it takes everything in her power not to scream out loud. For a few seconds, the world seems to crawl by, giving Abby the small chance to stare at her family members that she'd been grieving over for years.

All at once, that peace is disrupted by none other than Peter Parker himself. It started with just a small glance towards his window but it soon turned into an open stare. There, crouching in the flesh, was his girlfriend. His supposed-to-be-dead girlfriend. Tony slowly follows the kid's gaze and does a double take, hadn't he just buried his daughter's body?

Abby's eyes widen as the mask quickly comes back on. She backs away from the window and jumps off the fire escape, cursing herself for being seen so soon. Within seconds, she's flying through the air again at top speeds, hoping that in this dimension Tony Stark hadn't added those extra blasters just yet.
