Chapter 4

Avneet's POV:
This flight was so long, I went to sleep. It was also cold, so I got my blanket that the air hostesses gave everyone. I looked over and Sidd was already asleep with his blanket, he had the aisle seat and I had the window seat. I went to sleep after that.
Siddharth's POV:
I was asleep for a while. As soon as I woke up I saw Avi's head on my shoulder, resting. She also managed to fit into my blanket. As soon as I smirked, her phone started vibrating and she woke up.
Avneet's POV:
I woke up because my phone was vibrating. Instead of looking at my phone, the first thing I realize is that my head is resting on Sidd's shoulder. I jerk up immediately.

Avi: Oh idiot, mauke ka fida maat uthao. Aur mere blanket mein kyu aaye? (oh idiot, don't take advantage of the situation. And why are you in my blanket?)
Sidd: Oh madam, pehle toh I was sleeping and you put your head on my shoulder. Aur dusri baat, tumhara blanket waha zaamin par hai. (Oh madam, first of all I was sleeping and you put your head on my shoulder. And secondly, your blanket is over there on the floor.)

I tried to say something but he cut me off!

Avi: Oh I-
Sidd: Kisi ne tumhara naam sahi rakha hai, nakchidi. 😂 (Someone has given you the correct nickname, nakchidi *from aladdin*)

I was going to say something, but then I stopped myself. Then I realized that my phone rang, I decided to check. It was from Jai! Seems like Jai walked over and took a picture of me and Sidd sleeping and sent it to me saying "cozy cozy". I looked over to see Jai laughing at me. Just then one air hostess came.

Siddharth's POV:
Avi isn't the only one who can come up with nicknames. She was checking her phone, I glanced over to see a picture of us sleeping, it was from Jai. The air hostess came by at that time.
(AH -> air hostess)

AH: hello, could I offer you some drinks or pretzels?

Me and Avi said coke at the same time.

AH: *hands soda cans with cups* May I ask a question?
Avi: Sure!
AH: Are you two related?
Sidd: No
AH: Oh okay, I wanted to make sure before I say this.
Avi: Say What?
AH: You two look very cute together, meant to be! 😍
Avi: No-
Sidd: No-
AH: Oh I'm very sorry then!

After saying sorry, the air hostess left. It got awkward after that.

Avneet's POV:
That was very weird! I decided to put in my airpods and listen to music. I was scrolling through Instagram when all of a sudden Krupa FaceTimed me.
*facetime call*

Avi: Hi
Krupa: Hii! What's up? How's the plane?
Avi: it's nice, I got window seat!
Krupa: Who's next to you? Jai?
Avi: No it's Sidd *shows his face*
Krupa: Hi Sidd!
Avi: He can't hear you, I have AirPods on.
Krupa: Well in that case, enjoy! 😏😉
Avi: KRUPA!!!
Sidd: What happened?!
Avi: Nothing...

With that I hung up the call and ended up watching something on the plane "tv". Turns out they have YouTube so I end up watching my own show! Oop- as I was watching, a cute alasmine scene came on, I couldn't look away.

Siddharth's POV:
As I was watching a movie, I looked over to Avi's screen to see what she was watching. It was a Alasmine scene, with flower petals on us and stuff. So I decided to tease her a bit! I put my arm around her.

Sidd: Laagta hai tumhe iss scene ki yaad aa rahi hai. (Seems like you really miss this scene.)
Avi: Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai, haath hatao tum! (It's nothing like that, now remove your arm!)
Sidd: USA jaa kar woh scene re-enact karna hai toh kar sakte hai. 😂 (When we go to the USA we can re-enact this scene if you like)
Avi: Kabhi nahi! Duffer, tum tumhara movie dekho na. (Ew never! Dumbo, just watch your movie.)

And with that she turned off the show!
