Blueberry & Coconut Popsicles

This is also a healthy and delicious snack!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of blueberries
- popsicle mood
- wooden popsicle sticks

Steps:
1. Mix coconut milk, make syrup/agave nectar, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
2. Add blueberries and mix them in.
3. Pour the mixture into the frozen popsicle mold.
4. Add popsicle sticks.
5. Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.
