Sanada stares at you, making you feel uncomfortable, "What?" You grumble
"You never noticed his feelings for you?" He questions, sounding amused
"No."
"And you never noticed your feelings for him?"
"No--What feelings?" You ask back, making Sanada heave a sigh
"Kuramochi was right, you are oblivious." He chuckles, looking at you, "Be honest with me, alright (Last name)."
"Have you ever felt flustered with him?" He asks
You gulped, there were one too many times Miyuki Kazuya made you blush, but when he noticed you just reply back with a snarky comment to hide your cheeks
"I'd take that as a yes." Sanada says, watching your face, "Jealous of girls hanging onto him?" He continues his questions,
"Huh?" You question, making Sanada sigh, "Imagine Miyuki going out with another girl, holding hands, going onto dates, kissing, making him smile..?" Sanada trails off, waiting for your reply
"I'd get annoyed watching them,"
"What's your first thought when you see them?"
"That should be me-- please tell me I just didn't blurt that out." You slam your head on the table, "God Kazuya's so infuriating." You groan, "You win Nada, I did catch feelings for the asshole catcher." You say sadly, finally admitting to yourself that the weird thing you feel in your stomach isn't just because of some stomach ache or how your heart beats faster isn't because of rage
"What's with the tone?" Sanada ponders, "He likes you and you finally acknowledged your feelings for him after three years, what's the problem?"
"I don't know if he'll accept me." You say in a small voice, "With our argument, he isn't even talking to me, how do you think I can confess."
Sanada remains silent throughout, sighing, he flicks your forehead making you flinch and glare at him, "What's the deal?"
"I just wanted to make sure you're awake." He says simply, "You're (Last name), an extremely stubborn girl who always says what's on her mind even if others don't agree." He smiles at you, "I'm not good with all these love things, I actually only googled how to help you notice your feelings for him--" He rubs the back of his neck, smiling at you sheepishly. "But I think you need to confess." He finishes, "Maybe not today but tomorrow, your dates are overdue." He teases while you stick out your tongue at him
"Thanks, Nada, you're just like a girlfriend I can gossip to," You smile at him cheekily making the latter roll his eyes

Miyuki looks at his phone, it was nighttime, training already finished, the team was in his room and usually, the two of you would be texting each other. But here he was, staring blankly at his phone
"Just call her." Kuramochi says, pausing his game, "I never thought watching the two of you ignore and pout can be more annoying than acting like a couple." He resumes his game when Miyuki glares at him
"What does that mean?" Miyuki asks as Kuramochi just stares at him blankly
"(Last name), might say she doesn't have feelings for you but she unconsciously treats you differently from everyone, including Sanada," Kuramochi says but Miyuki just ignores him
"Oi! Are you listening?!"
'Like she likes me.' He thinks to himself, placing his phone down, and getting his bat, Miyuki decides to just let his mind wander to baseball

The next day, you keep glancing at Miyuki and the clock, waiting for dismissal time so you can finally settle things with him
"Alright, that's all you may all go." The teacher announces and almost everybody was ready to bolt towards the door
"Ka--Miyuki wait!" You grab Miyuki's wrist, feeling him stiffen, he turns to you making you feel conscious
"Can we talk?" You says quietly, looking up at him and waiting for his response
"Sure," He says simply, his heart beating against his chest
And there you were, alone in the same room where you were weeks ago
"What did you--"
"I like you," You blurt out, not giving Miyuki any chance to talk, "It isn't really as romantic as those movies but I like you. I can't say that I love you ye--" You start to babble causing Miyuki to chuckle
"What about Sanada?" Miyuki ponders making you halt from your senseless talking and roll your eyes in exasperation
"I've said it so many times and I'll repeat it for you Bakazuya....I mean Miyuki--" You correc yourself, "Sanada's a friend, a sensible friend in my circle of stupid friends," You say, looking at Miyuki, "I don't think you heard earlier but I like you... a lot, I finally figured it out last night." You finally say
A minute once again passes, and feeling uneasy you started to shift your weight from foot to foot
"I'm sorry." Miyuki says, making you snap your head in his direction, to see him look at the other side, looking embarrassed, "I wasn't thinking about you or what you were saying and let my jealousy get in the way." He apologizes
"As much as I would like to say I'm sorry, there's really nothing to be sorry for other than me losing my patience because of you ignoring me." You says honestly and you see the corner of Miyuki's mouth twitch up
"What's funny?" You scowl at the male
"It's good to know nothing's changed about you, (First name)." He says
"So what now?" You ask, "Do you.."
"Do you wanna go on a date?" Miyuki suddenly asks, catching you off guard. One, the atmosphere doesn't really scream confessing time, two because Miyuki looks so shy with his cheeks tinted red and actually asking someone out
"What?" You ask in disbelief, "Who are you and what have you done with Miyuki Kazuya?"
"Just say yes,(First name)-chan," he says teasingly, placing an arm around your shoulder
"Ah, the asshole's back." You say blankly, "Sure, I'll go with you as long as you don't feel jealous if a male waiter comes," You grin jokingly while Miyuki blushes
Turning your head to look at him, you were surprised to see him inches away from you, "You're blushing (First name)-chan," He grins, his face inching closer
"MIYUKI KAZUYA!"
"Goddamn Sawamura," You curse under your breath as Miyuki lets go of you and faces Sawamura
"Mochi-senpai said that I should pick you up!" He announces, "And to see if the two of you made up." He smiles, and suddenly the annoyance you once felt was gone, what can you do? The damn pitcher's just too adorable to be annoyed at (SAWAMURA MAKES ME SOFT)
"It's nothing come on," He pulls Sawamura out who tried to struggle against his senior
"See you, (First name)-chan, be sure to calm your face down," He says, walking out with Sawamura
"Huh? Yeah--wait! Miyuki Kazuya come back here!" You call after him
