Plot:

* Monty continously picks on Tyler at school for instance always slamming him up the walls and lockers, getting close to his face, grabbing his wrist, etc which was whenever Tyler bumps into him and also his way of wanting to one-on-one talk with the guy. Speaking of which, Monty roughly grabbed and pulled him inside the clubhouse to confront him for lighting up their field and at his house, he threatens to lays his hand on him where Tyler cut him off pointing out what Monty had did with Jeffrey Atkins who was his close friend before his death, followed by accusing him of his secret love or in other words, lust for Bryce and a cocksucker. With that happening, their argument gotten heated and when Tyler challenged Monty saying "Or else what?" while trapped against the wall after Monty threaten him, saying if he gets called Bryce's cocksucker again, or else, he punched him. He began to leave til Tyler called him out saying, "What, Are you pissed that you hate fags Or that it's true, that you secretly like riding Bryce just you used to do with Jeff before he died, that you would masturbate thinking of both of them fucking you 3-ways? As a matter-of-fact, you are one?" which pushed him off the way, locking the door. Before Tyler knew it, Monty tackled him down on the couch and he pissed Monty even more he asked him "Whoa, Was it like this with Bryce, cause knowing you guys would play really rough off the field, Did he used to give it to you hard and rough or something? * Justin and Alex talks right after Justin helped Jessica out when coming forward about Jessica's rape.

* Justin and Alex had their own make out sessions at the boy locker room when discussing his reunion with Jessica and being each other's company last year, alongside the school dance. they got into fight which began a handsy and when Justin slammed Alex hard against the lockers, not letting go his grip, they just stared at each other's eyes after hearing Justin out and started to kiss which soon became a heated make out session.        

* Monty came out to his dad in jail where he was framed for Bryce's murder; Way before that happen, He meets a guy named Winston Williams who he hooked up with when going to a rich person party with Bryce which was before Bryce's death and during that, he sees the same guy and they hooked up again and had sex then the two had discussed what happens next for them. (03x013-12)

* Hannah does return to Liberty High but only to get transferred again after learning that Bryce is back at the school.

* After brutally beating up Bryce for what he did to him, Zach limps on his way home where he sees Hannah who offered to give him ride to his house. (03x011)

* There's a rumor that Monty dies in prison which really was a rumor because Winston visits him in jail and the two talked. While they talked, Monty tells him he was accused of murdering Bryce and Winston who was in disbelief, admits he's gonna bail him out and they talked some more, ending it with a whisper of comfort and a kiss on the cheek.

* Whether it's throughout the visiting hours or phone calling in jail, It would always be Monty's mother or Winston there to see him.

* For season four, the core cast would of course graduate from Liberty High and at his time in jail, Monty starts to think over what Winston said before getting arrested and decided to take his advice on being whoever he wants to be.

* Right after Jessica's speech at the gym about the protest at the game and she encouraged everybody to stand up and say "I'm a survivor" if they've ever have been sexually harassed, Monty was shocked when seeing Winston stood up and he asked Winston about it.

* Monty apologize to Tyler for what he did to him. 

* Monty bumps into and meets Winston when he went to hide out from his father after being confronted by Clay and the guys. 

* Winston finds out that Monty raped Tyler 

* Monty and Winston talked on the phone after Monty's charge and he assure him that he understands if Winston wants nothing to do with him after hearing about what he did.
