10 A start of a new chapter

After the ski lodge trip filled with a bit of drama but mostly good memories it was time to go home We pacmed on the bus and sat in our seats I sat by the green eyed boy that was Lucas Friar We talked the whole bus ride back just about our interests and random little things I looked over at Maya and Josh in between our talks and smiled knowing my best friend was happy Once we got back to school to go home i went in for a simple wave and smile to Lucas before leaving and he pulled me into a hug

Lucas- Goodbye Riley this was a weekend to remember i'm so happy

And that for sure left me speechless and i just awkwardly smiled but blushed a bit too I couldn't believe that I Riley Matthews was niw dating Lucas Friar a great guy who sweeps me off my feet I could not be more happy

Something changed All of a sudden i feel like a new person I somehow have confidence and i'm not afraid anymore I can show my feelings and express without worry about judgement Riley with her brown hair and beautiful brown eyes has a effect on me Ever since we net i knew we had a connection Man i must be in love Wait in love For a boy my age No way Or maybe yes this is real I honestly don't know what'll happen but i'll risk it It's now night time About 11 PM and i'm laying on my blue blanket on top of my bed looking up at my fan I haven't moved for about 30 minutes I finally get up and get ready for bed I see a text appear from Riley

Riley Text- I can't wait to talk to you again tomorrow have a good night

I smile and think i'm so happy i don't think i'll be as happy as i'm right now
