True Speed

Prologue

After months with the incident with dark gaia. The planet was restored thanks to Sonic. As the months went by Dr Ivo Robotnic planed on ruling a world without that pesky hedgehog to stop him.

                EGGMAN'S POV

"HOHOHO!" Laughed Eggman as he sits in his lab.

"With this not only will I'll be able to rebuild my empire but conquer a new dimension!" Eggman boasted about his new creation.

"Oh that's incredible sir! What an amazing plan!" Orbot complemented his creator.

"Not only will I conquer a different world. I'll conquer one without that annoying rodent! Ha! It's full proof." The mad doctor says as he presses keys in to his keyboard to bring out seven colorful gems.

"Thankfully after the Chaos Emeralds were brought back to there power I thought it would be good to 'borrow them' from my old friend." Eggman tells himself on how he secretly taken the emeralds while his nemesis wasn't looking.

"Um b-boss!" His robo-servant called for Eggman as he tugged his sleeve.

"What is it?!" The Doctor yelled to receive an answer for being interrupted in his almost victory.

"What?!" He yelled as he see's from his monitors as his robots were being destroyed by a blue blur.

                   SONIC'S POV

"And that should do for Eggheads robots" A small blue hedgehog quipped as he dusted of his arms after destroying the doctors robots.

"I think it's about time to finish this. Maybe after I'm done maybe i can get some chili dogs when this is over." Sonic told himself to think what he can do after he's done.

As Sonic starts to head to Eggman he Speeds up creating a blue aura around him as he beings to cut through more of the doctors robots like a hot knife cutting butter.

As he reaches the lab doors to Eggman he curls up into a ball and bashes against the metal doors allowing him in.

"Hey Robuttnic it's been a while." Sonic mocks Eggman in a cocky tone.

"Sonic!" Eggman says his nemesis name is shock seeing him about to end his plan like every time.

"Man egghead you really need to make better robots. These things are starting to bore me." Sonic quipped as he gets closer to the doctor.

As Sonic keeps talking to Eggman the doctor activates his sentry's and starts firing at the teen hedgehog.

"Woah!" Sonic says and starts running to avoid being shot at. But starts running towards Eggman.

"Wait don't come closer!" Eggman yells at Sonic but the hedgehog doesn't listen and runs past him as lasers are hit towards him and came unharmed but. As he turns around his controls are completely damaged and causes a meltdown with his creation.

"Wah?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" He screams at sonic. As now with the device unstable causes the chaos emeralds to lose control and cause a white explosion to cover the entire room with sonic and eggman included.

"Huh?" Sonic asks before getting engulfed by a bright light.
