Hungry and there's nothing in the house-go to a friend's house and steal food or go and buy some more.
Have to finish an essay-lie about a printer not working and your email failing so you get more time on it.
Paper cut-say 'ow' and swear under your breath.
Fanfiction:
Hungry and there's nothing in the house-you are going to starve to death until someone finds you and gives you CPR or some shit like that.
Have to finish an essay-stay up until three in the morning to finish it really badly.
