Bijan Sarhangpour is the previous owner and present CIS Director of Baku Oil Services, or BOS. He's passionate about his career in engineering, and also about his role as a fencing Asian champion.
Mr. Sarhangpour met in Dubai with the Iranian Fencing National Team in November 2016, and he agreed to support the fencing going generation in Isfahan to help young fencers.
