So Superior

It was a sunny day, pleasantly full of minor mischievous acts done every few seconds by the slights if his hands.

Loki smiled as he smiled as he sat down. That morning he had let Cap make a few pancakes before dumping an enormous amount of salt into the batter. As the table was set and the pancakes were brought out, Loki made sure he was the last to be served, magically checking them for the salt content before taking a bite. They always made Loki go first, for whatever reason. Probably because they wanted him to be the first to bite into whatever he had planned. Though his plan wasn't that elaborate, the Avengers were still too unsuspecting that he had pulled the prank after  the first few were made. He took a bite and smiled.

"Very good, Captain. You've outdone yourself." he said through a mouthful of food.

With that, the rest of the Avengers eagerly took bites of the sweet-smelling pancakes. Almost instantly shouts of displeasure were to be heard around the table. Glares were sent towards the god as his head rolled back in laughter. The most hurt expression if all was Peter's, and Loki almost felt sorry for him. Almost. Several of the heroes jumped up and started chasing Loki around the room,   but ceased when he disappeared in a cloud of green smoke.

At lunch Peter's friends Ned and MJ came over. He had heard that MJ had been trained by Natasha, and supposedly everyone feared the duo. When the subject of the morning's meal came about MJ stared daggers at Loki, who rolled his eyes in return.

"Don't roll your eyes at me!" she abruptly stood from the floor, walking towards him with a dagger in hand, pointing it at his neck.

Loki raised his eyebrows and put up his hands.

"Ha, thought so."  the assassin's pupil laughed.

Oh no. She did not. She did NOT just say that. He was a fool if he was going to let her walk away thinking she was so superior, he was not. Loki stood, grabbing her hand and twisting it until  she cried out and dropped the knife.

"Uncle Loki, stop, you'll hurt her!" Peter yelled.

The other Avengers gathered in the room, Natasha smirking at her minion as she took firm jabs and kicks at Loki's face and stomach.  Tony moved forward to stop the two, but Natasha stopped him. "I want to see this."

Loki easily blocked her attacks, but she blocked his as well. With a swift swipe of his legs he caused the girl to fall down hard. Before she could drag herself into a sitting position Loki grabbed the sharp dagger off the floor and took it to her neck, holding her body tightly to his.

"Okay, that's enough!" Natasha shouted.

"What's going on here?" Mr. Spangles came into the room. Just perfect.

"She thought I was afraid of her, that she was so superior."

"Mr. Loki, it was only because you dumped inhumane amounts of salt in Peter's breakfast." Peter's friend Ned finally spoke up.

"She attacked me!"

"Actually, that's not a bad idea." Clint said, knocking an arrow.

"Oh, crap." Loki turned to run down a hall, and they all chased him. He turned and, forming a giant ball of rather harmful magic, threw it full force at the group.

"Oh, sh-"

Let's just say the Avengers ended up in the medbay and Loki ended up with the penthouse to himself, Peter, and his friend Ned.

And that Tony meant to say "shoot", because that honestly IS what he said.
