Mingrui hug me.
"I'm so happy to see you."-Mingrui
I didn't say anything but I hug him back. I really miss him too. Remember I came back to China just to see him before I die to my stage 4 lung cancer.
"I'm so happy to see you (Y/n), I miss you so much!"-Mingrui
He lossened the hug and look at me. I smile at him.
"I miss you too Mingrui! I came back to China just for you."-me
"Really? Will you give me another chance? I promise to fix everything I've done."-Mingrui
"I'll give you a chance but you have to prove me that you still love me."-me
"Yes (Y/n) I promise, I will prove you that I still love you and I change for you."-Mingrui

It's been days since I came back to China. Mingrui is courting me since the day I visit at their dorm. My lung cancer is now getting more worst. The doctor said I have 5 days left to live. I was so sad but I have to accept it. I am in my room right now. I came back after my checkup with the doctor earlier. And that's the result. I made a letter for Mingrui. My mom will just give it to him to day I die.
Dear Mingrui,
Hey Mingrui, it's me (Y/n). I wanted you to read this letter when I die. I want to tell you I have stage 4 lung cancer. I wanted to tell you I love you so much and for what you did long time ago. I already forgive you because I love you and I'm happy to know that you still love me. I want you to know that I always love you till I die. I will always watch you from above and support you to your future. I love you Gou Mingrui❤😢

I folded the paper and put it on my small box. My phone rang. I look who was the caller and it was Mingrui. I immediately answer the phone.
"Hello Mingrui?"-me
"Hello (Y/n)? Are you free today?"-Mingrui
"Yeah why?"-me
"Can we hang out today. I really wanted to see you right now."-Mingrui
My heart flutters when I hear those words. I think I should accept him again as my boyfriend since I have 5 days left.
"Sure and Mingrui... I have something to tell you."-me
"Ok! Meet me at the secret garden in the bench at 10 ok?"-Mingrui
"Ok!"-me
I ended the call. I get my shoulder bag and get out of my room. I saw my mom cooking at the kitchen.
"Mom, I'm going to meet Mingrui."-me
Mom look at me with a sad face.
"Ok (Y/n) be careful."-mom
Tears started streaming down on her face.
"Don't cry mom!"-me
"I just can't accept the truth that you just have 5 days left to live."-mom
I hug my mom. My eyes wanted to cry but I stop it.
"It's ok mom! We have to accept it. Even if I'm gone mom, I'm still watching all of you."-me
"Be careful out there ok?"-mom
I nodded and smile.
"Oh yeah before I forgot... mom, when my body already buried. I want you to give Mingrui my letter at the small box."-me
My mom nodded and after that I get out of the house to meet Mingrui.

I arrived at the secret garden. This is the first time me and Mingrui met. I smile when I remember that. I will miss all of this. After a few minutes, Mingrui arrived.
"Hey (Y/n)! Sorry if I'm late."-Mingrui
"No it's ok!"-me
"Let's go and have fun!"-Mingrui
Mingrui drag me and we have some fun at the secret garden.
Unknown Person's POV
I can see Mingrui. He is having fun with a girl. After he take my Rhea to me he will leave Rhea for that girl?!
"Enjoy now Mingrui because this is your last day."
I said to myself and smirk and prepare my shutgun. I hide at the back of the big tree. I pointed the shutgun at Mingrui.
"Say good bye to the world now Mingrui."
(Y/n)'s POV
Me and Mingrui are having fun in the secret garden. While we are laughing together. I saw a man behind the tree. He point the shutgun to Mingrui. He was about to shoot Mingrui when I blocked Mingrui. I heard the shutgun bang. I feel something hurt at the back of my chest. I saw Mingrui tearing up and calling my name. And then I passed out.
