Dazai ran as fast as his legs could carry him to the bar he used to drink at in his mafia days. He had just did a horrible yet amazing thing he has always dreamed of ever since that nigh his best friend go shot. Was this a bad idea? Yes. Is it extremely dangerous and unpredictable? Yes. Will it actually work? Possibly. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Seeing him again... hearing his voice. He'd give anything to experience those things again. And that's what he was about to do.
As smart as Dazai was, all of this blinded him. He did not think about how it would end, or how it would change things. Seeing his friend again. Alive. That's all that mattered.
He finally reached the bar and read the oh so familiar sign. 'Lupin'
The brunette had been on a hell of a journey for the past couple of days. He was dirty and wearing a black trench coat. Due to his constant traveling, he wasn't able to keep up his normal appearance. And all of a sudden, his left eye started to bruise and bleed again so he covered it up with a white bandage. Just like back in the day...
But he wasn't that man anymore, he locked away and burned that man awhile ago. This black he wore, wasn't Mafia. Or this bandage. Just temporary. He told himself.
He caught his breath and pushed the door opened. It was pretty quiet inside. Like how it had always been in the old days.
He walked to the next room and to their usual spot they would come.
And that's when his brown eyes met the person back. The dark red hair. The black striped jacket. That's him. He's there.
Dazai froze looking at the figure sitting on a bench a having a drink. This is really happening. He couldn't help but smile. A real smile. His friend is alive.
"Odasaku! Your actually here. I can't it worked." He sat next to the other man.
"I've missed you so much. I, I have so much to tell you." He turned his head and stared at the other boy.
"Remember when you said to save people? And find an orphan? I did! I did it all for you. So much has happened since then..." He beamed.
"Don't call me Odasaku." The other male said in a cold voice.
