"Come on let's go get ice cream" I said everly smiled and ran over holding my hand we walked into the quarter i walked to the ice cream stand and ordered us ice creams we sat and ate them before getting up and walking around again as I ignored the empty presence that loomed over me

"Look mummy it's kol" everly shouted running over he picked her up "hi" I said to him I went to turn and walked straight into someone I looked up to see klaus "come on everly let's go" I said "you look like you've seen a ghost" I said to klaus he didn't say anything just nodded I looked into his blue eyes memories flashed before my eyes

"This is Kayla, my girlfriend" he said she smiled politely at me "hi" she said kol came in everly with him she ran over klaus who picked her up spinning her around she giggled "I missed you" she said "I missed you too trouble" he said "hope this is kaylas daughter everly" he said hope said hi everly smiled at her shying away "everlys room is still here if you wanted to move back In" klaus said I smiled and nodded

"My room?" I asked "I mean you can have it but you could move into my room" he said I smiled and kissed him quickly he had cooked dinner and we all sat together and ate all talking and having conversation Elijah walked in I stood up and attacked him with a hug he smiled and hugged me back we finished food and I carried everly upstairs to bed and tucked her in before walking back down we decided to play a game, it was charades

We were all a little tipsy and it was really fun "look klaus a horse" I said he stared at me unimpressed "let's not mention that story" he said smirking "no please" hope said I went to say and klaus covered my mouth I laughed and pulled his hand away "your father got so drunk he thought he was riding a horse and a founders party" I shouted out she giggled uncontrollably

"At least I didn't jump out a window convinced I was a bird" he said I laughed "ouch" kol said I smirked and slapped the back of his head playfully until we all went to bed. Me and klaus walked up the stairs hand in hand he shut the door behind us I walked over to his closet slipping on one of his t shirts climbing into bed beside him I hadn't slept well these last few weeks and was excited to have a good night sleep
