"Isn't this your stop?" Yarra asked me as she pointed out the bus window, revealing my stop, slowly getting further and further away.
"The next stop is far from your house isn't it? *Giggle*" If she was trying to hide her laughter, she's doing an extremely bad job at it.
"Ah! What bad luck!! Why do I have to walk so far just to go home!" Even I know that complaining isn't gonna do anything but, I just hate walking!
"Can't you ask your mum to drop me home Yarra?"
"Can you be even more shameless Emma?"
"Yesss, I just don't wanna walk~~~~ Just today!! Please for our friendship?"
"Don't bring our friendship into such a petty matter, and my uncle is picking me up today, I can still ask for yo-"
"Oh would you look at that, my legs feel amazingly active today!" Yarra's uncle is the evilest man I have ever met, he scares the shit out me!
"Emma, it's our stop, unless you wanna walk even further,"
"Yeah, yeah, go home with your uncle, hope you feel great about yourself if I run into a strange person, hope you show up at my funeral," Yarra just smiled as I said that, she's not even gonna deny the fact that I might meet someone, is this what our friendship means to her??
"Don't look at me like that, you just say things like that all the time, I just don't have anymore words to change you," I guess she's right, but still? Am I just unreasonable?
"Ah whatever see you tomorrow then," We exchanged goodbyes and went on our way.
*Grab*
"Uwop!" My pants! Someone's pulling! I CURSED MYSELF!!
*Sob* crying?
"*Hic* Mommy where are you? *Sob*" It's a child! So tiny, is she lost?
"Hey their love, what's wrong?" What am I even asking? It's obvious that's she's lost, I'm such an idiot.
"Mo-mommy is, is gone! *Sob* *hic* I lost mommy!" The strange little girl wailed, this is gonna be a problem for me, if I walk around with her, I might be accused for kidnapping if her mother sees us.
"Alright, this big sister will help you find your mommy! How's that?" It's not in my nature to help people, but, she's just a child??? And it'll be all my fault if something bad happens to her... I shouldn't have missed my stop.
