Hello guys!! Today I am going to talk about thought challenging but the right way to do it. Being positive is nice but if it's super positive it might be unrealistic.

Here are a few examples of thought challenging:

Negative thought ex: I don't feel like anyone cares and I am just an add on in people's lives.

Super positive thought ex: Everyone loves me and wants me in there life
(See the thought is unrealistic and therefore is not believable)

Medium though ex: The people who really care about me don't just have me as just an add on. The people that count me as an add on I don't need in my life.
