It was June, the day you met him. You could easily remember it like it happened yesterday.

Walking into the tavern and taking in the huge scent of someone's amazing cooking and ale. Laughter filled the room to its brim.

"Oh, hello!" a girl said. She wore a pink cropped top with a very very short navy skirt. "I'm Elizabeth, welcome to the Boar Hat!" the girl smiles. You didn't verbally answer, just a quick smile and wave.

"Nice to meet you," you quietly said. "Can I just get a glass of water?"
"Yup!" she set down the water right in front of you and headed off to help someone else.

You stayed there just for a little while to get more energy for the long day ahead. That is until a blonde boy came up to you and asked "How is everything?"

Honestly it was a bit shocking to see a kid here. You ignored the question and asked "I know it's a bit rude of me but don't you think you're a bit young? I mean you're saying that like you own the place."
"That's cause I do...."

Your jaw opened and could even touch the floor. "W-well in that case, everything is great," you stuttered.

"Good!" the guy smiled. Your eyes scanned the room and land on a young boy, his eyes sparkled in the light. But instead of talking with anyone in the tavern, he looked outside. Staring at what you liked to think space, but in reality, he stared at a giant.

His sparkling eyes showed one emotion, love. He constantly sighed, and it's started to get quite mournful. Slowly, you walked up to him, "You know if you like her so much why don't you just tell her?"
"M-me t-t-tell Diane I like her? No way, uh uh," he rejected.
"Fine have it your way, I'm Y/N."
"People call me King, but my real name is Harlequin."

The days went by, then soon the months, during this time you have gotten closer with all of the sins. Mostly closer with Ban or King, but you can trust every single one of them. You ended up staying with the sins as they killed bad guys. Helping Ban with the cooking or Elizabeth with her waitress duties.

King today continues to stare out the window, gazing at Diane. "You know you should just ask her out," you bluntly tell him.
"Y/N!!!!!!!!" You ran away giggling at how red he was. "It's not funny," he whines.
