Chapter Twenty-Two: Heir Apparent, Part 1.

"Their sacrifice will not be in vain." Xander said. "They will be remembered." Vida said. "We'll never stop fighting until there's peace in both worlds." Chip added. That's when Nick groaned. "Koragg wants to fight." Nick informed. "We are ready." Daggeron said.

"No, not you, Daggeron. You are to meet with Imperious — separately — to finish off an old battle." Nick told him. "This is surely a trap." Udonna stated. "We're still going. I think it's time for payback." Madison informed. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm ready for this." Nick said.

"As am I." Daggeron agreed. We ended up meeting with Koragg. "All right. What do you want?" Nick asked. "Your legend warrior power." Koragg replied. "You must be joking." Xander said. "There's no way!" Chip shouted. "We'll show you what the legend warrior power is for!" Nick added. "Legendary Source, Mystic Force!" We all yelled. We got into Legendary mode.

"Excellent. Your new magic is strong. That's why I must have it." Koragg said. We all began fighting him. We were still fighting Koragg. "Give me your legend warrior power. The Master will grant you a place at his side." Koragg said. "Been there, done that." I commented. "We only use our magic for good." Xander said. "And we always will!" Chip added. "Let's show him, Rangers!" Nick said.

"Code 1! Firestorm!" Nick shouted. Nick was heading towards Koragg until a monster stopped him and he fell to the ground. "What is that thing?" Vida asked. "I think we're about to find out soon." I answered. "Imperious, you've cast a forbidden spell." Koragg said.

"You're all mine, Rangers!" The multiple monster heads said. "That's one ugly monster. Come on, guys. Code 1!" Nick shouted as he landed his attack on the monster. But the monster ended up sending Nick's attack back towards us as we all got hit.

"That didn't make a dent!" Chip exclaimed. "It looks like we're in trouble." Madison said. My head started hurting once more as I saw images of us being in the underworld and our magic being drained. The monster landed an attack on us once again. "This isn't the way." Koragg stated. "Be quiet! Send them to the underworld!" The monster ordered. Koragg put his sword back in his shield. "Very well." He said.

That's when a dark purple magic circle appeared. "What's happening?" Nick asked. "It's a spell." Madison replied as all of us began sinking underground. All of us were demorphed as we fell from the circle.

We were immediately grabbed by foot soldiers and weapons got pointed to us. "Welcome to my humble home, Rangers. If I knew guests were coming, I would've tidied up." Imperious said. "Wow, really nice to see you guys." Leelee stated.

"Leelee? They got you, too?" Vida asked. "Don't worry. We'll get you out of this disgusting place." Xander promised. "Thank you. I hate it here. It's always dark and damp. Not to mention getting turned into an insect at everyone's slightest whim." Leelee said.

"Complaining again, daughter?" Necrolai asked. "Daughter?" Chip questioned. "Can we keep them here, mom? Can we, huh?" Leelee asked. "They have things that zombies down here will never have, like souls." Leelee continued. "Of course, my dear. Once their power is gone, you can keep them as your pets for all eternity." Necrolai informed.

"Sweet." Leelee said. I saw my brother standing beside my father. "Hello, little brother. How's mom and Tessa?" Seth asked. "Little brother?" Xander questioned beside me. I saw the same look that he had when he found out I was evil. The look of betrayal.

We were all on rocks as I was between Vida and Xander. "So nice of you to bring me the gift of your legend powers." Imperious said. "You're not getting anything from us." Vida informed. "Oh, it's not for me. It's for The Master." Imperious stated as an eye appeared from the hole in the ground.

"That's the thing Leanbow sacrificed himself to defeat." Nick said. "Leanbow?" Koragg muttered. "That name is not spoken here. Now you will give The Master the power to rise up and conquer" Imperious said as we all started glowing our colors.

That's when our magic went to the hole that The Master was in. I could slowly feel my magic draining from me. "This was my vision!" I think to myself. "How delightful." Imperious commented.

"The Master will soon rise." Imperious said. "They cannot defend themselves. There is no honor in this defeat." Koragg stated. "Stop that foolish babbling! This is our day of victory!" Imperious told him.

I looked over towards Seth. His face was red and he was looking away. "This is the end of the Mystic Force." Imperious said as he laughed evilly. Suddenly, Udonna appeared. "Stop!" Udonna shouted as she stopped all of our magic from going to The Master. "Udonna!" Madison exclaimed.

Imperious knocked Udonna's makeshift wand away. "How touching. The sorceress comes to save her little Rangers. Now you'll feel the wrath of The Master." Imperious said as Udonna got attacked by red lighting coming from The Master and lifted Udonna up.

We all looked in disbelief, unable to help her. Udonna got thrown to the ground. Imperious continued laughing evilly. "Behold her destruction." Imperious said.

That's when something unbelievable happened. "Udonna!" Koragg shouted as he raised his sword. We all gasped, thinking that he was going to attack her. But he did the exact opposite.

He broke Udonna free from The Master's grasp. Once he did, he suddenly got changed into a form that Daggeron had. We ended up breaking free from the rocks as they turned to sand. "No! It can't be!" Imperious said. He then demorphed. "Who's that?" Xander asked. The man turned around.

"Leanbow?" Udonna questioned.
