New Pokemon

So I want to create a new pokemon! It will be an eeveeloution

I need someone who wouldnt mind drawing it, adding in a pokedex info thing, evolution chart and digitalizing it

I have always wanted to do this but im a horrible drawer

I need help with everything and would love to collab with someone on this

Bug
Fighting
Steel
Dragon
Flying
Rock
Ghost
Poison
