All might pov
I walked through UA with nezu, he said he needed my help with something, he never told me what but i realised we were heading to the medical facility, aizawa was also waiting there, we walked over to him and i looked through the window to see a white haired boy staring out the window
"Is someone going to tell me whats going on?" I asked as aizawa answered for me
"That boy is izuku midoriya, i brought him here 2 weeks ago, he was in a coma for a week, we've discovered that he has been abused, beaten, raped, kidnapped, discriminated, bullied, assaulted, tortured and experimented on" he said with a sad and serious look on his face, it made me sick hearing the list but he wasn't done "the list goes further than that though, we don't need to go into detail, however he did say something very interesting whilst be questioned by detectives" i looked at him, slightly intrigued "he said that a boy we had accepted into UA through the exam had been one of his main abusers" i was shocked, how could someone who aims to be a hero abuse someone to this point "his name is katsuki Bakugou, from what we can tell from what was said he is the main reason thar he was kidnapped and experimented on, apparently they forced him to go into the woods, they refused to even let him look at them, that i where he was kidnapped for the first time. this boy, bakugou, did nothing as he saw a man drag him away, he said they locked eyes and everything, but only received a small smirk" i wanted to be sick
"We had a memory quirk user some in and look at his memories, he lied about nothing, they saw the abuse he went through, the torture and saw the kidnapping from his eyes, the boy did indeed smirk at him as he watched him be taken" Nezu imputed "the boy had a severe case of ptsd, thats why you are here, he has had no one in his life actually to trust in, please speak to him, try ask about music, from what we saw in his memories he is actually the idol deku, i guess those lyrics make sense now" the bear said, i wasted no time in walking into the room to comfort this boy

No one pov
As the door opened the boy turned with an unreadable look, it was fear mixed with joy
"A-all might?" The boy asked from his bed
"Yes my boy thats me" the hero said as he sat next to him "im sorry" the hero said outloud confusing him
"Why? What've you done?" Izuku asked the hero
"Its not what i did, its what I didn't, i have failed you as a hero" he said looking down "but i have come here in hopes that i may comfort you in this desperate time of need" the hero said as he gave the confused boy a hug, izuku felt... warm? What was this feeling, he felt happy feom the affection, no one had ever hugged him before, heck he didnt know what a hug was
"What are you doing?" He asked the hero with a tilt of his head
"T-this? This is hugging" the pro said, everyone was shocked at the boy's lack of knowledge on affection
"Oh! It feels nice" he said with a warm smile, it was a million dollar smile, no it was a billion dollar smile, it held so much compassion, it just wasn't possible, someone like this should be wanting to kill people, yet here he was, happy at one of the most basic human actions. The pro just hugged harder
"Izuku, will you come with me" the pro said shocking the other adults and confusing the boy
"Come with you? Where are we going?" He asked, his head tilted again
"Will you live with me, and be a part of a family?" He asked the boy who's face was once again, unreadable. This man, who was the only person he could ever trust wanted to care for him?
"Y-you mean it?" He asked, giddiness in his voice
"Of course, you could even record your music better" the hero said with his signature grin making the boy blush of embarrassment
"H-how do you know about that?" He asked hiding his face making the pro laugh
"That young man is a secret" he said getting a "boooo" from Izuku "now if you'll excuse me my boy, i must get your adoption under my name sorted out" he said standing up, izuku was sad about him leaving, with him around he truly felt safe
"Ill see you later All Might" izuku said, it was more a question than him saying bye
"Of course my boy, see you later" he said walking out the room and to nezu and aizawa
"Thats the most he's spoken in the week he's been awake" aizawa said they looked at the boy who had a new look of determination on his face, the 3 began to walk away as nezu stated he would situate them both in a house on the school grounds as it would be dangerous to put him back in the outside world
"Now the main issue's" nezu said gaining looks "the first, katsuki Bakugou, what should we do with him, it would be dangerous to allow him here whilst Izuku is here and the second is his mother and here boyfriend, they seemingly disappeared last night, with no trace, they weren't even seen leaving their house, from what he told us aswell his mother was pregnant, that baby could also be in danger"
