prologue: I'm Going Where?!

---------------Roxas P.O.V-----------------------

After the final battle with Xehanort I thought 'I'd be able to hangout with my friends back at Twilight Town, but Master Yen Sid sent me a message saying he needs my help with something. I do owe him for helping us during the war by clearing a path through those heartless. So I said "Sure I'll be right there". Now I'm getting the feeling I should've at least asked him what the mission was.

(No it's okay. This is Master Yen Sid we're talking about. He wouldn't ask over if there wasn't something important)

I look up and see Master Yen Sid's tower. "Since I'm here might as well ask him in person."

I walk up the stairs and knocks on the door. "Ah young Roxas. Please come in." I opens the door. "Thank you for having me." * Why are Mickey and Riku next to Yen Sid. "What are you guys doing here?". "We were told to come here to help explain the mission your assigned" replies Riku.

I look at Master Yen Sid. "So Master Yen Sid what's the mission?"

"Roxas the mission I'm sending you is of great importance. Do you know of the world Remnant?"

I try to think back to any worlds called remnant but couldn't remember "I can't say I have. Back when I was still working for Organization XIII I was never sent to that world."

-----------------Yen Sid P.O.V-------------------

After hearing his answer I begin telling him what kind of world Remnant is.

"Remnant is a far off world where the people there battle monsters called Grim. They are similar to the heartless we have faced. with one big difference. they were created by the god of darkness ." looks at Roxas face to see his concern. "Worry not Roxas, the people there have an ability called Aura that allows them to wield unique abilities called a 'Semblance' this alongside their weapons allow them to combat the Grim, but after the final battle with Xehanort we noticed the heartless began to appear there."

"What?! when did this start?" Roxas questions with concern.

"It began just a couple of months ago, but don't worry they are able to defeat the heartless thanks to there semblance the only issue is that they aren't able to free the hearts that are taken. luckily there seem to be two new keyblade wielders among the students of Beacon your mission is to find them, and impart upon them the necessary knowledge to better wield there new found power. " I stretch my arm and point at Roxas. "You are the best choice for this task as you are among the most powerful of your current generation, not only that, but like young Riku you too have completed the Mark Of Mastery."

——————Roxas POV———————

I cross my arms and falls into thought. (taking on disciples? I'm only 18. but I do owe Yen Sid...) *sigh* "

"So Master Roxas will you accept this task of training the next generation, so as to guide them towards the light? Or will you leave them be and learn from the ground up restricting their growth with the superficial knowledge they gain from the countless trials in store?" Yensid asks with a serious tone.

I look him in the eyes, and say "okay, you have a point I'll go there to train them, but I might need some backup, so for this mission I want Sora a way to summon Sora whenever I might need back up Roxas smiles "After all he also has the strength of a Master."

Yen Sid smiles as it seemed Roxas passed the test. Anyone who think they can out match the people in an unknown land is but an arrogant fool. Deciding for a way get backup, and having it be a Master no less is wise when considering the degree of danger there might be.

"I see you have matured well after the experiences you've gone through" I flinch sadness appears in my eyes "it's all in the past now. Your friends are back, and you all are whole, but the past is something we all carry just don't let it define who you are." Yen Sid smiles at me.

He does have a point, but it's easier said than done. " Thank you Master Yen Sid I will take those words to heart, but I was curious if u should write a journal, so as to my time there. Something like a report?"

Yen Sid pauses in thought and decides you have a point. He stretches out his hand and a journal with Roxas symbol appears. "Take this. It should help you with keeping tabs on your stay there, not only that it might useful for Sora and the others, for when you require there aid. "

I walk up and grab the journal gratefully. "Thank you Master Yen Sid, so when should head out?"

"Wait Roxas I must tell you that for your search we were able to find a clue."

I look at him and ask "What's the clue?"

"The two keyblade wielders are students at an academy where they train Hunters and Huntresses, in fact this is academy is one of the most prestigious schools in his world. I asked an old friend of mine Ozpin if he could allow you to study there, and let you learn the ways of a hunter." I listen to Yen Sid and think about the offer. Also the pros and cons.

(In one hand I go to a unknown world to teach the two keyblade wielders, and on the other hand. I get to make friends and maybe get stronger.)

"Okay. I'll do it Yen Sid. I'll go find them and when I do I promise to teach them everything I know." Takes out his Oathkeeper "on this blade I swear to keep my word."

——————Yen Sid POV——————

"Very good Roxas. I have seen your determination, so I shall send you there after you have packed." I see that Roxas has dissipated his blade and send him home. 

I apologize for any mistakes on these chapters. I am new to the RWBY franchise and plan on studying the series more often so this mistake doesn't happen again.
