The Bird Box Saga: Bird's Cage

After several days of sheltering inside the Supermarket, Felix noticed the tranquility outside. He waken up Lucy to go outside. Felix didn't sense anything on the surroundings except the dead bodies lying everywhere.

Thinking there's nothing to be afraid of, they entered all the houses if there's still someone is alive. But they found nothing but some corpse.

"Crap! It's really the two of us here."
—"What are we gonna do now? How about we return and look for them?"

"That's a great Idea, if you want a shotgun bullet in your chest. If that old man is still alive, I'm sure we can't get easy on him."
—"But what are we gonna do now? We can't see what we are facing." 

Felix stopped at the moment realizing something.

"We've been outside for hours, but we're still alive... What if that devil seized hunting?"

—"Still we shouldn't let our guards down."

Strong wind blows as they continue talking.

"Sh*! He's still around. Lucy! Go inside the Room, Hurry!"

Because the house has opened spaces because of the broken windows and Doors outside, Felix and Lucy rushes to a single room inside the house where hasn't been damaged. They locked the doors and closed the windows.

"That freakin' bastard! It won't stop 'till we're not dead."

The buzzing of the wind getting stronger as it wants to break through. But the door and the windows are tightly shut, so it can't enter.

As time passes, the buzzing sound gets weaker until it stopped.

"It stopped. I think we're safe now."(Lucy)

But the moment when she turned to Felix, he looks strange. He is shivering and acting like paranoid.

Felix stood up panicking, running wildly to the streets and took a gun on the road, killing himself.

Lucy, who couldn't do anything, crying of what happened.

"Felix?!"

Prior to Felix's Death, Lucy was left alone. She wanders the streets of death, searching for survivors but couldn't find any.

But, in her surprise, she walks a long time on an open streets but she haven't seen the monster who kills people but only a hundreds of corpses lying on the ground.

Lucy felt depressed and wanting to end her life but the monster seems not interested of her.

"Hey! Monster! I am here! Why didn't you kill me already?!"

The Wind blew get stronger and it's like something passes through her.

But something is strange. She didn't sense any presence. The strong winds passes through her but she doesn't feel eerie.

As she continue walking, she found a group of people hiding in an abandoned mall. One of them saw her and show her a sign telling her to get inside.
