Trigger warning: mention of non-consensual drugging

Tori woke up first. In so much pain she could barely see let alone figure out where she was or who was behind her. It felt right though like it had with Eric but Tori knew better. Still, this was nice and she had missed the warmth of another human being. As she tried to open her eyes the second time, the sun still too bright, she accidentally woke up the sleeping stranger beside her. Before she turned over to see the mystery man, she subtly felt that all her clothes were still intact and on the body parts they belong on. "Morning Tori." Her breath hitched in disbelief. Her mind was racing a mile a minute and she tried really hard to remember the night before but she couldn't and thinking just worsened her headache. "Eric? Um. What happened? Why am I here?" She tried to turn over to face him but she was so sore all over her body so only made it onto her back as she rolled over. "Hey" Eric pulled her into an upright position by her arms "I have Adv-" Eric looked at her face for the first time since they left the bar. Tori had a slight bruise on her cheek and her scalp was a very deep shade of pink. Her overly bloodshot eyes looked deep into Eric's compassionate ones and scanned the rest of his face looking for signs of what was going on. "Holy shit Tori." Eric moved Tori's hair delicately and ran his thumb over the quickly forming bruise. "Eric I really don't feel too good. It's never been like this" Tori croaked almost in tears from the pain she was in and her lack of control of the situation. Eric handed Tori the water and Advil and began to slowly explain. "You called me last night, at the bar, but I-I think you might have been drugged." Tori almost spit back up the water and Advil. "Drugged?" Eric began slowly rubbing her back as her breathing got short and she almost passed out. "But how– I don't under- When did- why did you come to save me?" Eric moved her head closer to him as he silently kissed her forehead before whispering to her "I'm here for you always" She slowly nodded while her forehead rested onto his chin.
"If you're uncomfortable I brought you one of my tee shirts or I can grab you a sweatshirt so you don't need to stay in the dress." Tori turned red as she realized she was still in her skin-tight party dress that revealed every asset she possessed. "Oh Um yeah, actually that would be amazing". Eric closed his eyes and let her change but was still afraid to leave her fully alone in this fragile state. While she was changing she began mumbling all kinds of apologies for not giving him space and dragging him back to her and into her life. "Are you done now?" Silence filled the room "with changing? yeah, I am." Eric with a caution of the sensitive areas grabbed Tori's chin and turned her to face him. "I meant with apologizing. Stop now. I would do anything for you. It was no bother and if given the chance to do it all over the only thing I would change is getting to you faster. Now stop worrying, stop apologizing, and just drink the water." Tori sipped the rest of the water silently before slinking back down into the bed. She was almost fully comfortable before she grabbed Eric's arm and dragged him down into a lazier less refined and less careful version of their form for the night previous.
After 20 minutes of silently cuddling, Tori spoke up. "I don't understand. This doesn't make any sense. I don't know how this happened but also-" she stopped herself, quickly shutting her eyes. "How did you find me?" Eric adjusted his arm "oh I mean you called and I just use find my-" "no I mean, how did you *find* me?" Tori said so softly she could barely be heard by the boy lying next to her. "Hey" Eric used his free hand to push some of Tori's hair back and rub the sensitive scalp "I got there in time. You're Okay. Okay?" Tori turned into Eric's chest and began to soundlessly sob. Eric rested his hand on her lower back making small circles. "I promise you, you're safe now."
