When we first started writing Goldie, we had every intention of ending the story in New York, which is why we had each act broken up by location (West Coast, Middle America, East Coast). But, as we wrote Goldie and Harry's journey, we realized that there is more story to tell, and Goldie's ultimate decision needs to be in California, her home. With Jimmy, with Harry, with Andrew, with The Orphans.
We're sorry that we said chapter 30 would be the last, but just as much as it surprised us that we were going to change our original ending, we wanted to surprise you as well.
So here we go, welcome the final show.
