here is how you can make your own workout.

step one:

identify what you want to do.

in your work out you have to know what you wanna do. if you dont have a clue here are some examples.

running, walking, jumping jax, running in place, hobby ( for me its rollerskating)

step two.

organize it with breaks. see what is better to do first.

here is how i organised mine:

stretch first ( dont wanna get injured)
do  running/walking
break
do  rollerskating
done✔

step three:

make tine stamps.

stretch from *insert time* to * insert  time*
run/ walk at least 1 hour
5 min break
rollerskate for 20 min

step four:

PLEASE ADD A BREAK TIME!!! if you do at least one hour of excersice you need to have a break.

you dont want to faint or puke or something bad.
