you can distract from eating doing the following things. [some things maybe repeated sorry ]


keep a journal:

no i dont mean an online book. i mean invest in a notepad or planner or even a notebook. have a little something special so you can write honestly to it. make it your therapist.

now the next few ones are gonna be pretty self explanatory so i wont make comments.

• brush teeth

• brush hair

• wash face

• moisturize face

• play with makeup

• organize closet ( i recommend color coded, takes more time and focus)

• fold laundry

• tidy up ( ur room, urself, drawers...)

• learn lyrics to a new song

• find a new artist ( some new ones i found: Grandson, Weathers, Wallows [reminds me of 1975] you me at six, taking back sunday, make out...)

• look trough ur wardrobe and make cute outfits

• look at thinspo  ( super good ones on
Tumblr)

• practice walking gracefully ( there is google thingy for that if you want)

• make a meal plan ( if u eat the same thing you will get tired)

• watch youtube (i find story time videos super time consuming)

• do some stretches/ go for a walk

• take up a new hobby. (scrapbooking, singing, songwriting, learn in instrument...)

• rearrange your room ( i do this all the time tbh)

• take a nap

•read a new wattpad book ( maybe go outside the fan fic realm?)

• post. i know i basically said this already but do it on other social media too

• redecorate your room ( make it cutesy you can find inspiration on pintrest, tumblr...)

• doodle

• make a list of reasons you want to be skinny ( best if on paper)

• make a to do list ( usually super fun and you can use ur time doing these)

• brushyourteeth i know i said this before so here have a reason.
   ° bc when u stop esting ur breath will stink more often
   ° clean teeth
   ° less chance of infection/ cavity

• organize your phone/laptop( new folder names, diff aesthetic change wallpaper )

• avoid your kitchen/ pantry!!!!

• plan what to eat the next day ( 30% more likely to not over eat)

• plain black coffee no sugar or things added ( will make u not want to eat/ super low cal count )

• if u must eat, do it in your room. chew and spit ( usually you will only get 50% of the actual calories )

• sit straight ( it actually burns calories. i didnt know that)

• dress down, more cals are burnt trying to keep you warm if ur cold

• lack of sleep simulates appetite but burns tons of calories

• drink COLD water, it takes cals for ur body to warm the water up .
