"Boy fuck you, Nipsey the shit and Nell met him a few years back."

"Yeah, that man is dope as hell. You should see what he does for his community." Sky chimes in.

"Trust me tricks, I know. I just ain't know y'all asses knew about him since "The East Coast" so damn good." He teased and they laughed.

"Hush." Trina spoke blowing her whistle.

Courtney and Gabby dropped down and started doing bicycles crunches.

"Is this training for a fight or bootcamp?" He asked sitting next to Jenna.

"Both, now hush or join in." Sky replied walking over and corrected Courtney's form.

"Y'all should be doing it with them."

"We're doing everything together next week." Trina informed as she blew the whistle.

Walking over, Skylar stood in behind Gabby and Trina stood behind Courtney.

Each time they lifted their legs up they pushed it down.

"Nope, two inches off the ground." Trina reminded when Courtney rested her feet on the grass.

"Oh well, tighten dat core." She told her as the song changed to Checc Me Out.

"I thought Liv said she would be here?" Q quizzed.

"Nah, she doesn't want to be involved." Sky replied as Trina blew the whistle and Courtney and Gabby got up.

Giving them a 15 second break, Sky and Trina walked back over to the speakers.

"Gabby you ready for this?" He asked as they began the high knees.

"Yeah." She answered trying to focus on her breathing.

"What you gon do Mama J?"

"Shoot first ask questions later." Jenna answered and they laughed.

"I wonder if big dawg gon let you."

"He don't have a choice." She stated handing Dayvon a few grapes.

"I guess I'll be here to look over the salon with Ash." He said.

"Yup, but Mama Kennedy is coming down next week, so she'll keep y'all company." Trina announced as she blew the whistle.

Court and Gabby started jogging around the backyard again.

"She gon babysit?" He asked.

"Yup."

"I like Mama K, for some reason the mamas in dis circle crazy." He stated and the ladies laughed.

"We saw more fucked up things than you have and it made us this way." Jenna informed.

"Especially yo ass." He replied and Sky face palmed herself.

"Lord." Gabby mumbled.

"What?" He asked looking around and Jenna laughed.

"He didn't mean anything by it, it's fine." She assured.

"Sometimes you say too much." Trina told him as she changed the song.

Waving Gabby them over, Sky tossed them the boxing gloves.

"All body shots, those hurt worse than face ones." She told them.

"I thought face shots would." Court admitted as she threw a few jabs to Trina's right kidney area.

"Girl we have gear on, punch harder." Sky laughed at how soft Gabby was punching.

"She ain't mad enough, somebody gotta sit on lil Nate's face!" Q teased and Jenna popped his mouth causing them to erupt in laughter.

"Always gotta be nasty." Trina laughed.

"He wouldn't be Q if he didn't." Sky spoke shoving Gabby back.

"Two right jabs, then give me two uppercuts followed by to body shots." She instructed.

Nodding, Gabby held her guard up and did as she said.

"Uppercut!" Sky shouted moving some.

Giving 2 uppercuts, Gabby went in and gave her 3 shots to the stomach.

"There you go!" Jenna encouraged and Q smirked.

"Damn, wait what da hell?" Courtney spoke when Trina flipped her over.

"I told you to be prepared for anything." She reminded helping her up.

"I wasn't ready for dat move, almost broke my arm."

"Girl bye, I know what I'm doing." She replied faking left and hit Courtney with 2 rights.

"Keep yo guard up girl, there's a chance we gon fight grown men."

"Why you ain't doing what Sky doing?" Courtney asked blocking her face and Q snickered.

"I got a bone to pick wit you that's why." Trina replied giving her a look and Courtney laughed nervously.

"What did I do?"

"Don't worry about it." She replied grabbing Courtney's arm and put her into a chokehold.

"How long have you been fucking Mace?" She questioned lowly as she tightened the grip making it hard for Courtney to speak.

"Don't answer dat, I'll just assume you got a reason behind it."

Releasing her, Trina cut the music off and headed inside.

Sky looked over at an nervous Courtney and gave her a funny look before following behind Trina.

"That's it?" Q asked picking up Dayvon.

"For Courtney." Jenna mumbled standing and headed inside.

Gabby removed her gloves and looked Courtney over.

"What was that about?" She asked opening her Gatorade.

"Nothing... I gotta go." Courtney mumbled tossing the gloves down and went to go inside but the ladies came back out.

"What you do in your private time is none of our business, but fucking around with our enemy is an invitation to death." Sky announced.

Q's mouth dropped and Gabby tilted her head slightly.

"It's not like that y'all." Courtney replied wiping the sweat from her forehead.

"So explain." Trina spoke folding her arms.

"I've been trying to get information from him about who they do secret business with. Yeah I like him a little but I've been getting information out of him." She revealed.

"How long has this been going on?" Jenna asked.

"Few months." She answered looking down.

"And you haven't gotten enough information within those months?" Trina quizzed.

"Someone asked me to do it... I'm just keeping up my end of the deal."

"Who?" They all asked.

"I don't wanna say." She answered then sighed.

"You kept enough secrets as is, so fess up." Trina asserted.

Looking down, Courtney debated on announcing it or not.

"Court if you don't speak I'm putting two hot ones in your ass cheek." Trina warned taking a step forward and Sky grabbed her arm.

"Gunna... he asked me to do it."
