It All Started With a Crash...

Chapter 12

The girls don't actually go home right away, they go to a party. Not a loud, banger, everyone drinking and dancing party. A laid back and chill party. The girls stay there for about 3-4 hours. When they get back to the house its around 2 am. Val looks at her phone after a while and sees she has 3 missed calls from Colby and 5 unread messages. She goes up to his room and hes passed out with his phone in his hand. She walks in and closes the door, gets undressed and puts one of his shirts on and tiptoes over to him. She takes his phone and puts it on the charger and gets in bed with him. He wakes up and says in a deep sleepy voice "i missed you." he kisses her neck and wraps his arms around her.

She smiles and says "i missed you too love."

He smiles and kisses her neck again, "get some sleep my love."

They both fall asleep. Around 3 am Colby's door swings open and bangs the wall waking both of them up. They sit up and look at his door and see a black figure. Val quickly turns on a light and its gone. "What the fuck was that?" Val looks at him.

He looks back at her, "my guess is as good as yours."

She sighs, "lets just go back to sleep. It was probably nothing... I hope."

She gets up and closes the door then sits back with him. Colby's face is in shock. "What?" she asks him.

He picks his phone up and shows her the time. "Its 3:33 am." Colby's face is blank.

"You had to look at the time." Val looks at him.

"Whattt I just had to check." colby puts his phone down, "lets go to sleep we will be okay. "

"Let's hope." Val lays on him.

He puts his arms around her again and they fall asleep, nothing else happens throughout the rest of the night. When they wake up they think nothing of it anymore and brushed it off as a dream somehow. Before they go downstairs Val puts on shorts then heads down. To an empty house. They make something to eat then go back upstairs and watch movies. Then something clicked in Vals head "FUCK." she almost yells then gets up and startles Colby a little.

"Baby whats up? You scared the fuck outta me." Colby gets up.

"IT'S SAMMI'S BIRTHDAY TOMORROW AND I NEVER GOT HER A GIFT! Im such a bad friend." she yells then sits down on the bed and sighs.

"Val no you're not a bad friend. I'll take you out today and we can get her something." colby hugs her.

"it's not that, I usually go all out for her birthday and she's turning 21 so I wanted to go all out." she hugs him back.

"Valentina Alita Ricci. Do you not know who your boyfriend and friends are? We throw the BEST parties in Los Angeles." Colby stands up.

"We could throw it here? That's okay?" Val smiles really big.

"No." colby says bluntly.

"But you just-" she starts saying something then colby cuts her off.

"I was kiddingg, take a joke sometimes." he laughs.

"COLE ROBERT BROCK, IM FREAKING OUT AND NOW YOU THINK IT'S THE RIGHT TIME TO JOKE AROUND?" she stands up and playfully yells at him.

"You're cute when you get angry. You're also really short so that makes it ten times more adorable." he wraps his arms around her butt.

"Don't call me short you buttmunch." she wraps her arms around his waist.

"Ahh how i've missed when you call me that." he smiles.

"Aha I know." she kisses him.

"Okay i'll text a group chat with everyone but Sammi and i'll have everyone assigned to do one thing." Colby gets his phone out and makes the groupchat.
