(WARNING GORE, LIKE BAD, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!)

Now there are some things that Erin wished that humans are incapable of doing.

Chopping up a human body and hiding the remains around a house is one of them.

Putting on the plastic foot covers and gloves, She walked into the kitchen careful of disrupting any evidence. Eddie went back out to interview some of the nosy neighbors that were loitering in front. Going to the body ba- er- freezer, she checked the number of body parts found.

"The head and right hand are still missing." Erin thought out loud.

"Beaufort? I thought it was your day off?" a voice perplexed. Ah, the medical examiner Mike Johnson.

"So did I, Mike, it looks like not even homicide takes a break" She replied with a raised eyebrow. "Shouldn't you be on break as well?"

Mike fidgeted for a moment and momentarily Erin wanted to shoot herself in the foot. Mike was recovering from the worst heartbreak ever. He was getting married to his beautiful fiance of three years, one month before the wedding she up and left him with a note saying she couldn't bear to marry a coroner. Which was really a shame, the man was handsome. Smooth chocolate skin, a bright smile that made even the shittest days better, warm brown eyes filled with intelligence and the kindest man ever. The day of the supposed wedding he came to work drunk out of his mind, yelling out that his ex was cheating on him the whole time with one of his old co-workers. It took three officers to hold him down and his mother to comfort his crying. Chief gave him time off to heal and that was only two weeks ago.

"I-" Mike swallowed. "I can't stand doing nothing any longer...and everything at home reminds me of her.." He shooked his head "I just need to keep myself busy, I promise I'll be fine."

Erin tilted her head at him.

"Honest to god, I promise I'm fine... I'm even going to therapy" He affirmed.

Erin stared at him for a moment. She nodded at him. "How long do you estimate the time of death?" She needed to get back to the task at hand. She knew that Mike assistant would be keeping an eye on him.

"Around 12 or 1 in the morning, Some of the blood seemed fresher than others and there's a lot of blood... too much blood for a single human," Mike responded, alining the bags again. "The torso has impressions of a flogger, the thighs have deep angled cuts from what I can see here, but I won't know more until I get a better look at them in the morgue."

"Well, the neighbors heard screams but didn't think much of it" Eddie returned wary of the bloody walls and floors. "According to them, Acme had lovers coming in and out of her house and they said she was, um" Eddie coughed. "A screamer with her lovers." He blushed on that last part.

Before Erin can comment on the pink on her partner's cheeks, a young officer not a few years older than her came towards them, looking a little green on his face.

"They-um.." The young man looks even paler. He continues to stutter until Eddie had enough of his useless blabber.

"TALK YOUNG SCRUB" He bellows out in irritation.

"They found the head, sir!"  The young officer replied quickly to attention "urgh.." and just as quick his face turn green again "It's at the back yard in the shed..."

Curious Erin, Eddie including Mike, make to the backyard. They notice some of the forensic agents throwing up in a bag or dry heaving into one, some of the officers were fanning themselves. The first thing the three of them get hit while entering the shed was this overwhelming smell of feces. Erin was able to keep her composure, Mike curled his nose slightly and poor Eddie was gagging loud.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SMELL?!" He barked out. Using his arm to cover up his nose.

They got their answer. There in the middle of the shed was a dead pig, ass in the air with something was tied around it... Marva Acme head. The area around her head was messy with pig feces.

"That sick fuck..!" Mike was one to talk. CSI personnel had masks on and were taking pictures of the disgusting display.

"Well, we can now guess why there was so much blood in the kitchen," Erin stated. "I'm going back to the house and see if we miss something." She quickly left out of there, not able to withhold the smell any longer

"I'm with you" Eddie practically jump to her side, grateful to leave the horrible scene "Good luck Mike!"

They left a dejected Mike behind them.

"Urgh, I don't think I'll be able to wash the stench of my clothes anytime soon," Eddie whined. "or the image."

"Same here." Eren agreed.

"You didn't even flinch!" Eddie looked at her in wonder "Then again, you are you fathers daughter.. the man had an iron stomach, wouldn't surprise me if ya got that from him."

Erin didn't comment on that.

She tends to forget that Eddie and her father and mother were good friends, best of friends. Eddie was more outgoing and more of a joker before her father and mother died. Afterward, He became more recluse. When he found that two years ago that he was getting some 21-year-old up and coming detective he threw a tantrum, but when he realized that it was Erin, he roughly patted her head and said: "Welcome to the team dumbass."

Back at the Acme house, Erin was wondering looking for clues when her eyes noticed something shiny reflecting the light off the cameras, underneath the side table. She called one of the forensic personnel to take a picture before picking it up with some fresh gloves. Reaching down she grabbed hold of a ring, there was a rolled up piece of paper going in between the ring band.

"What's that?" Eddie was looking over her shoulder. She ignored him removing the paper and unrolling it.

"Oh, goddamn it not that club!" Eddie groaned out.

It was a ticket to The Ink and Paint Club, it was dated for tonight. There were specks of blood and a named circled in blood.

Jessie Rabbit.

Why did that name sound familiar? Jessie Rabbit? Jessie Rabbit....? Hmm...

"Wait, wasn't it a club Jessie Rabbit the reason why the chief wife left him?" Erin asked. She recalled a year ago when Chief Gonzalez's wife bombarded her way into the station. Throwing divorce papers at the chief proudly exclaiming that she found the love of her life and she was leaving the chief and her children to be with the man of her dreams. It wasn't pretty. It escalated to a huge fight for months on end, after the divorce it was later found out that his ex-wife made a fantasy with the club singer and was immediately arrested for attempt assault on said singer and the club goers as well.

"Shit, Chief isn't going to like this one bit when he gets in a few hours from now." Eddie rubbed at his temples. "We got everything we need here, lets head down to the station and get on writing these damn reports."

Erin nodded, handing the paper and the ring to forensic to handle, she left wondering what a club singer has to do with all of this.
