I knew the moment he brought that stupid mannequin into the house that it would cause trouble, but said nothing in hopes I wouldn't seem jealous. Who in the right mind would be jealous of a mannequin? Oh wait yeah me...
I sit on a stool in the living room, my legs dangling while she's perched on the bar, the blender next to her. Five had disappeared elsewhere for something I can't remember. She stares at me with a permanent smile on her face, I continue staring back blank faced until I finally get sick of it. I teleport to her and push her off the bar, immediately teleporting back to my seat.
I hear footsteps from the doorway and see Five making his way back into the room "what happened to Delores, why's she on the floor?" he says looking perplexed. "uh, well if I knew I'd tell you" I manage to get out, not having time to make an excuse i figure I might aswell play dumb "really? because I'm pretty sure you've been in the room the whole time" he says with his stupid smirk on his face and an eyebrow raised in amusement.
"She was staring at me with that stupid look on her face it was annoying!" I admit crossing my arms and looking away from him "so you pushed her over, because she was looking at you weirdly?" he says trying to contain his laughs. "it's not funny, its true!" I retort "you sure you aren't jealous of Delores at all?" he says finally letting out his laughs "im not jealous of a mannequin! that'd be stupid!" I defend, my red cheeks being a dead giveaway that I was in fact jealous of said mannequin.
"Awe y/n you don't need to be jealous of Delores, I like you more than her" he chuckles out while I continue to look away from him. He finally comes over to me, placing thumb and finger underneath my chin facing my head towards his. Our faces close as he whispers "I love you, you know that?" looking into my eyes, his joking manner now disappearing now replaced with a serious look as he waits for a reply
"i know, I love you too Five" I say back to him this being the first time those words have been said from either of our mouths. As we look into each other's eyes I feel our faces getting closer and his hand moves to the side of my face as our lips connect, sure we've kissed before but this one was the sweetest, my arms move around his shoulders as we pull away from the kiss.
Five looks to the side remembering that Delores is still laid on the ground and goes over to pick her up. I look at him with a blank stare "you really have to ruin the moment for her" I say and he begins laughing "I knew you pushed her I saw it, i just wanted you to admit it" I look at him my mouth agape while he continues to laugh "you little shit!".
