After visiting Saihara and Momota at the cafe for a bit, Kaede informed them about her piano practice and the three girls headed out shortly after. Ibuki was humming a joyful tune and soon enough Kaede and Sayaka joined her. The girls walked along humming the catchy tune all the way back to the apartment.

Once they arrived at the small house, Ibuki and Kaede changed into more comfortable clothing. The two girls then bid  farewell to Sayaka and the idol watched from her bedroom window as the two girls got into a white car and drove off. She sighed and continued to stare into the mix of pastel colors that made up the sky.

While it was true all three hung out in college, Sayaka was the one who stopped hanging out with them after graduation. Her first thoughts were to come back home to her friends and family and hold up a decent job in her hometown. She was a singer at a local restaurant.

After a while of staring out the window, Sayaka retreated to her balcony and continued to look into the sky. She found herself humming the joyful tune once more and giggled to herself. The breeze blew her hair hair and Sayaka decided to keep it back by tying it up in a ponytail.

The singer stayed on her balcony humming and singing for a short time. She was about halfway into a third song when she heard a loud thud and turned around. Right there about a centimeter away from her foot lay a baseball. It was a bit dusty and beat up, but still usable.

Sayaka stared at the dusty baseball for a few seconds before she picked the ball up in a state of shock. She studied it carefully and found a message written in a rather strong smelling red marker. I like your singing! the red ink said, the message was smeared slightly because of Sayaka's hands rubbing against it and she carefully placed it down and looked over the balcony railing.

Who the idol saw definitely surprised her. It was the young man she had seen at the park the day prior. His bright orange hair was still pulled back and his smile was breathtaking. Sayaka once again lost her heart and realized the young man was smiling up at her.

"T-thank you!" Sayaka yelled to him. She had to raise her voice quite a bit since she was high up and away from him. The young man blushed and gave her a thumbs up. The idol immediately left the balcony and rushed down the stairs to the front door and unlocked it. Then she ran out to see the male.

"You're the girl from the park! You're voice is amazing!" The orange haired male spoke, his eyes lit up and Sayaka swore she could see little stars in them. She smiled once again at the compliment and continued on, her voice starting to rise with excitement.

"I remember you! And thank you! I'm Sayaka by the way? What's your name?" She asked, a slight blush appeared on her cheeks and she eagerly shook the man's hand. He too blushed and rubbed the back of his next. Sayaka was able to get a full look at his clean and bright face.

"It's Leon! Leon Kuwata! You don't seem like a city girl...are you new here?" Leon asked, Sayaka nodded and invited him in. He willingly accepted and took off his she's at the front door since Kaede and Ibuki's shoes were there as well. Sayaka explained to him that she was living with her old college friends and moved to the city for a change of pace.

"Yeah, I used to live just outside the city in a small town. There, it was just my family and my friends Kyoko and Makoto!" Sayaka informed him, she was making coffee in the kitchen while Leon sat on the couch and listened to her. The TV was on and the sports channel was rather loud, but he still listened.

"I take it you really like baseball? Since I saw you and some other girl practicing in the park the other day!" Sayaka smiled, Leon!s expression remained blank and he sighed. Sayaka immediately started to panic inside, thinking she had triggered something inside him.

"Well actually, I kinda don't really enjoy it as much anymore...and I think I wanna try and get into the music industry..." He sadly commented, Sayaka had stopped panicking upon hearing his words and looked at him with wide eyes, it seemed hard to believe that music would possibly bring them together.

"You...want to be a musician?" Sayaka asked, clearly confused. Leon only gave her a nod in response. The idol felt her face immediately heat up and she quickly spun around to hide it, taking deep breathes of air and typing to compose herself.

"Well actually, I've always had a dream about being a guitarist! I wouldn't be part of a band, but more like a duo, ya know." He smiled, the singer only laughed in response and suggested he try practicing on the guitar. Leon was just about to get up from the couch when they heard the door swing open and Kaede and Ibuki walked in.

"We're baaack~!" Ibuki sang, she immediately smirked when she saw Leon and Sayaka together in the room. Kaede followed Ibuki into the room shortly after and a devious grin appeared on her face. Sayaka crossed her arms and looked away, shooing Leon out of the apartment and waving goodbye to him quickly.

"Looks like pretty park boy and Sayaka had a little date!" Kaede chimed, Sayaka shoved her slightly and she fell back against the wall. The singer marched to her room and slammed the door shut. Kaede and Ibuki were silent for a second, but the guitarist eventually helped the pianist up.

"What's her problem?" Ibuki asked as she grabbed Kaede's arm and pulled her up. Kaede simply rubbed her head and shrugged. Meanwhile, Sayaka had her back against the door and was curled up in a small ball. She sighed and reached for her phone which was laying on the ground next to her bed.
