There she was, laying on the cold hard floor, in the middle of an alley way, dry blood around her. And him? He was there, infront of her trying to process what he's seeing in front of him. He dropped on his knees, never dare say a word, speechless. He don't know what to even do are how to react. His focus was her, her alone. Just then. Flashbacks starts to his mind. How we want to remember...

It had started as of August 19. A pair can be found sitting on a park bench holding hands, smilling. It was a special day for them for it was the day that they were officially a couple and were dating. They were Shun Mizaki and Alice Waterflower. The two had started of as a stranger, of course. They met in school when collage. Becoming close and friends afterwards, and at the end of collage Shun started his courtmanship to Alice. And at that 19th of August, Alice had just answered him with a big YES. Shun had took business business as his job, while Alice took art design which she is waiting to be confirmed.

Time had past a little, Shun and Alice decided to live together, buying a rental house for them to live. Alice's family had confirmed however it was Shun's family who disaggres but had no right to stop them for it was Shun's own decision. Shun goes to work on weekdays and goes home sometimes at 7 or seldom late. While Alice, which was finally confirmed, works for 7 to 4 o'clock. She sometimes wait for Shun to come home but always ends up sleeping on the couch when Shun arrives.

Days passed by some months to February, valentines day, Alice wanted them to spend some time together but Shun, however, has work so Alice went to the park alone. Lonely, but knowing that she has to be patient. The day became night as our girl got home and waited for Shun to be home while reading a book and laying on their bed. At the time of 11:00pm, she had become sleepy but decided to wait more. By the time Shun arrived at the time 12 o'clock, seeing his girl now fast asleep. Prepearing for bed to sleep, he had somehow gotten Alice to wake up. Tucking himself on the bed, she turned to him "Hi Baby" Alice said as she tries to keep her eyes open. "Baby, I'm sorry that I didn't spend valentines with you, I'll try to make it up to you" Shun told her as soft as he can. Then without a warning, Alice had instantly went back to sleep and Shun, for a few minutes, had followed her to dream land.

At the 17th of February, the couples half year anniversary, Alice had prepared a suprise-expected homemade dinner date. She was even given a day-off. But little did she know that Shun was clueless and had forgotten. After Shun had went to work, Alice got herself busy prepearing by cooking special food, even bought some candles to add more romantic atmosphere. Came the moon Signaling it was now evening. Alice had finished and focused on herself and dressed up. She sent a voice mail to him saying "Hey baby, listen. Can you come home early today? I just need you now. See you..."... Time passed 30 minutes after she voice mailed him again. "Baby, where are you? Please come home now. I need you" ... One more hour passed, Shun had ended his work, prepeared to go home. Getting his things at his locker, he opened his phone, which was also left, and noticed the voice mails. He listened to them and hurried back home asking to himself why would Alice need him. Finally home, seeing Alice fast asleep on the couch, safe and sound. He now became more confused. He turned the lights on and went to the dining room the be greeted by the things Alice had prepeared for him. He finally understood why by the note beside them:

'Happy Half Anniversary Baby! <3 <3 Love You. '.

By the time Shun had read the letter, a smile had appeared on his lips despite the stress due to his job and the worry he had with Alice, it took them away and replace a touching feeling in him. He afterwards went to the couch where she was sleeping, kneeling down so he's about at her sleeping level and kissed her forehead trying his best not ot wake her up. 'You Cheeky Girl.' It was marely a whisper and carried her upstairs in their bedroom.
