Remember when I asked you , "How do you know if you actually really love someone?". And you replied with, "You feel pain when you don't talk to them".
Wrong.
Well, partially right.
But there's so much more to it.
You know you love someone when you respect their boundaries. Even if their boundaries aren't your boundaries.
You know you love someone when you think about them and you can feel only the innocent love and care. Don't get me wrong. Everyone has desires, I agree. S*x may be great , but there is something special about laying out your naked soul in front of them rather than just your naked body.
You know you love someone when just holding hands is enough. Nothing more, nothing less.
You know you love someone when you want to be the best version of yourself just for them. Your love for them drives you to be your best, do your best, give your best.
You know you love someone when they make you go weak in the knees with their smile and yet you feel safe standing just beside them.
You know you love someone when you look at them and know your finally home.
