" So , are you the one you helped our pups get safely here?", Maximus asked.
" Sort of . I only met them 5 days ago, but I did go here after they escaped a nice human and made sure they were safe." , Nameless replied.
" Well thank you very much, what's your name?", Christina questioned.
" I uhh umm , Nameless is what your pups call me,"Nameless answered.
" Nameless . What is your real name though?" Gabby postulated.
" I guess I could tell you my real name. There is just so much shame from the past , but my name is Delgado.", Nameless responded.
" Would you like to come with us for a while, Delgado ." Christina asked.
" Well, I guess I could for a while, sure but not permanently, " Delgado said .
On their way to the pack Maximus asked Delgado about why he was ashamed of his past. When they arrived to the den, Delgado told the story about the accident on a mission at a factory and how he had to give up his pups.
" You know what I think will make you feel better about it. You should go back to your pups and tell them what happened.", Alex suggested .
" I-I just can't. I cannot confront them without me being depressed and disappointed.", Delgado disagreed.
" You would probably feel much better after you do. We will come with you , " Maximus urged," Come on . It is for your pups. "
" Weeelllllll, ummm , okay . I guess I could. ", Delgado hesitantly agreed. That morning Delgado was the only one who was not sleeping. His mind was troubled. Will my pups like me or hate me. I haven't seen them in a year . Will they still be mad or will they realize that I was protecting them. I can only hope they still love me, Delgado thought.
