As Jace dragged Clary's limp, rune-less body into the abandoned church that revealed itself to be the New York institute, he couldn't believe how beautiful she was, he laid her down on the pristine single bed that had nothing but a single pillow and sheets on it as everyone sparked controversy about whether or not Jace should have brought her there, Jace tried to defend his actions as he told them "Her mom is a shadowhunter so the chances are she is too" but of course Alec argued "So What? we've never heard of her, she has no runes and appeared out of no where. Does that sound very shadowhunter like to you? " Izzy interrupted "Sorry big bro but I'm with Jace on this one"

Jace was being irrational as always, we all know he only helping her because he sees her as a quick and easy one night stand. Finally I told him "Look Jace, I'm not trying to argue with you, but are you sure this is a good idea?" after a minute Jace finally replied with "Look Alec, I told you, her mom is a shadowhunter, a well known one in fact, so we should probably help her daughter otherwise stone cold Herondale will give us a lecture on how bad it looks on the institute." wondering I asked "Who even is her mom?" Jace the proceeded to ask "Ever heard of Jocelyn Fairchild?" Shocked I asked him "Well why didn't you say so earlier?!!" looking confused Jace replied "uhhh...I didn't think it was relevant?.."

I was intrigued, this was probably the most exciting and interesting thing to happen in the institute for months.
Curious, I asked "What happened to her anyway?" "well, she was walking home with her vampire friend when a demon attacked her, we think, we think it's because the demon sensed her vampire friends demon blood and when it noticed her with him it smelt her Nephilim blood and attacked" explained Jace
I couldn't help but think about how amazing she looks, especially considering she was unconscious and had just been attacked by a demon, I didn't know what to focus on, her silky ginger hair? or her beautiful, smooth, fair skin? maybe her face? or just her all together? She was truly Stunning
"Hellooooooo? Earth to Izzy??" said Jace "Huh? What? Yeah?" I asked confused "you were kind of just out of it for a second there" Jace explained to me
"Oh, was I? sorry I was just thinking about all the possible reasons for the attack"
Narrators P.O.V
Suddenly Alec shouted "GUYS.LOOK. That ginger thing is waking up!" Izzy fired back "Her NAME is Clary" With a smirk Jace replied "Well i mean.. technically it's Clarissa" he now had a glint of fear in his eyes as Izzy glared at him after his snarky comment.
